Connect to calm and disconnect from chaos meditation.
Enter the calm.
The calm is waiting for you to return home.
The calm is a home for you.
Turn your attention toward your body.
With your eyes closed,
Feel your body.
Breathing with your shoulders and slowly moving down and through your body as if doing a body scan.
Imagine light moving down and through your body and as it moves through every part of your body.
Just notice your chest.
Stomach.
Hips.
Moving down your legs.
And when you reach the bottom,
Return to your shoulders and again let the light start to move down and through your body.
And as it moves down through your body,
Place your attention on each body part as it moves through.
Noticing what you feel.
Noticing what you see in your mind's eye.
This is your body,
Your home.
This is the place where your energy gets to center itself.
Your body is a little like the foot you put on the earth as a soul.
Your soul self is aware of everything,
Is connected to everything and is able to see,
Perceive and feel everything all at once.
Your human self focuses those senses in a very different way.
So most people on earth at this time are living in a far bigger way than their small bodies or small focus allows.
Meaning the human conditioning right now is too small for the size of the energy running through the other humans.
So the chaos you often see in the outside world or feel in your friends or family are when people are trying to push their energy out and through the confines of the way they are living or the way they are seeing things.
The same is true for you.
Whenever you feel in chaos,
Whenever you feel off balance,
It is because you are wrestling inside,
Trying to release a certain energy,
Trying to ground a certain energy.
But returning to your body in this way with this body scan,
Letting light move from your shoulders all the way down and through your body and placing your attention there will be key to returning home.
This will be key to bringing your human self when it feels caught in the chaos of the world,
Of others,
Of your own making.
This will be key to bringing yourself back to home,
To calm,
To center.
Invite yourself back to home,
To calm,
To center.
As you do this,
You may feel peace,
You may equally feel release,
Perhaps some tears.
As you move out of the chaos of the outer world or your inner world and you return to your own sense of home and calm,
You get to come back to the place inside you that is full of space,
A spaciousness that is far bigger than your physical body.
You get to reown the space for you.
And now visualize the threads running from you to other people,
Other places,
Other activities you are involved in.
So you may see loved ones in your mind's eye,
In your vision,
And you will see threads running between you and those loved ones.
You may see a place where you work,
A project you are working on.
Let whatever comes to mind appear.
And then see the threads running between you and this person,
Place,
Or thing.
And as you see these threads,
Take the same light that you ran through your own body and let it move from your body along the thread until it reaches this other person,
Place,
Or thing.
And let the light gently dissolve the thread as it moves along it.
And when it reaches this person,
Place,
Or thing,
Let it briefly for a moment illuminate the other.
You may wish to do this multiple times for multiple threads,
Or you may wish to get all of them in one go with one sweep of the light.
So imagining yourself sending this light wave along these threads that are attaching you to other people,
Places,
Or things.
It will not negatively impact your relationship.
Instead,
It will free up the space and energy between you and this other.
This other which may,
In this moment,
Be challenging your sense of balance,
Calm,
Home.
So we will take a moment with the music to give you space to carry out this thread exercise with as many people,
Places,
Or things as you feel the need to.
Good.
Now you are cleared and home,
Returned to your sense of calm.
If you feel there is more to be done,
You may wish to return to the beginning of this meditation and perform it again.
But if a new sense of calm has been attained,
Then you can go back to your day.
But remembering that the chaos is temporary information.
The chaos is temporary information that comes from inside you or outside you to get your attention,
To teach you something,
Or to show you that something is off balance,
Either in that which you are engaged with in the outer world or something that is arising from within you that wants to be released.
The more you practice returning to your sense of calm,
The more the state of chaos will be less desirable.
But part of the remembrance for you is that this calm is a place you are always welcome,
Where it returns you to the vastness of your soul self.
And this human body of yours,
This foot on the ground,
Is the space in which you reside,
From which you can access this calm,
This peace at any time.
You are peace.
You are love.
You are peace.
You are love.
You are love.
