I have been in a funk today and wanted to listen to something before going to bed and this was suggested to me by the app. I’m so glad as it was perfect and I think a new favourite of mine. Great for the days when I am feeling unwell & struggle to meditate due to chronic pain flare ups. I’m struggling to put into words how it made me feel, but I can say that I feel better for it and I am so grateful 🙏
