Hello and welcome.

We're going to get started.

Close your eyes.

Imagine yourself in a place in this world.

Imagine yourself as the ultimate you.

What are you doing?

What are you wearing?

Are you with anyone?

Now start to really embody that person you see as the best version of you.

As you feel yourself becoming that person,

Reflect on how you got there.

The struggles you may have been through to get to be in that place.

Be that person.

The resilience you have had to become that person.

Know that you are your ultimate self because of the life you have lived so far.

What is something that you want to accomplish?

Think about that one for a second.

Take a moment to really think about that question.

Once you have that in your mind,

Start to visualize your ultimate self accomplishing that goal.

Embody the way you feel once you have achieved that goal.

What does your life look like now that you have?

Has everything worked out?

Has everything that you worked so hard for come true?

Are you proud of yourself?

Are you happy with where you are?

Sit and feel that gratitude for how far you have come.

Feel that joy and accomplishment run through your body.

Everything in this life happens for a reason.

We create goals for ourselves so we can achieve them and aim for even more greatness than what we already have.

But sometimes goals don't need to be achieved right when we set them.

Sometimes they take a little longer to achieve and that is okay.

At the end of the day,

You need to be happy with where you are at in life.

The goals will be achieved when the time is right.

Every day,

Set a little goal for yourself that suits you.

Make the goal achievable and then when you look back,

You'll see how much you have accomplished.

Those little goals,

They will add up to the ultimate one.

The ultimate goal that the ultimate you has achieved.

Take a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

When you open your eyes,

Come back into this space.

Embody the best version of yourself,

Your higher self.

And bring that person out into the world.
