We will share some visualization,
Followed by moments of silence to ground yourself in this present moment.
Then we'll repeat some affirmations to uplift the soul and calm the mind.
First,
Find a comfortable seated position or lie down if that feels more relaxing for you.
Gently close the eyes and let's begin.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with fresh revitalizing air.
And exhale,
Releasing any tension or doubt within your breath.
Let's do that again.
Inhale deeply,
Filling your chest and your abdomen expand.
And exhale,
Letting go of any negativity.
Now,
Bring the awareness to the body.
Feel the points of contact.
Your feet on the floor,
Your body on the chair or the cushion.
Allow these points of contact to anchor you in this present moment.
As you continue to breathe,
Imagine a warm golden light surrounding you.
This light represents your inner strength and positivity.
With each breath,
Allow this light to expand,
Gradually filling your entire being.
Inhale,
And the light expands.
Exhale,
And the light relaxes.
Inhale again,
Allow the light to expand.
Exhale,
Let it out.
Inhale,
And the light expands.
Exhale,
And relax.
Repeat this a few more times,
Gradually filling your entire being.
Now,
Bring the awareness to the heart center.
Visualize a tiny green ball,
Like a bud of energy.
Visualize that this tiny green ball of energy is filled with self-assurance.
With each breath,
See this bud gently unfolding,
Growing larger and larger.
With each breath,
See this bud gently unfolding,
Growing into a beautiful flower of self-confidence.
Feel its petals opening,
Radiating warmth and assurance.
Inhale,
And the bud expands and blossoms.
And exhale to release.
Again,
Inhale,
This bud gently unfolding.
Exhale to release your breath.
Another inhale to see this bud blossom.
Exhale to relax the breath.
Continue this breath,
Watching this bud growing into a beautiful flower of self-confidence.
And now,
As thoughts of self-doubt may arise,
Acknowledge them without judgment.
Imagine placing each doubt that comes along onto a soft,
Fluffy cloud.
Watch as this cloud floats away,
Carrying your uncertainties.
You are left with a clear,
Calm mind.
Continue to breathe.
Bring the awareness back to the breath.
Inhale,
Serenity.
Exhale,
Self-doubt.
Exhale,
Self-doubt.
Visualize yourself surrounded by a bubble of positivity.
Continue your breath.
Bring the awareness back to the breath.
And now,
Let's repeat some affirmations.
If you choose silently in your mind or aloud,
Repeat after me.
I am worthy of success.
I believe in my abilities.
I trust the journey I'm on.
I am becoming the best version of myself.
