Hi,
And welcome to this guided meditation to expand or enlighten your aura.
As a part of this meditation,
We will visualize a light coming from the heart.
Visualize that light going beyond our body and then beyond the room that we're in.
Find a comfortable seat wherever you'd like.
Allow the spine to be upright.
Relax the face and the shoulders.
Settle into this present moment.
Feel the natural state of the body and notice the natural state of the breath.
Not judging,
Simply allowing it to be.
Feel the breath rising and falling.
And now visualize the light,
Sort of like an atom coming from the center of the heart.
Visualize this light.
And as you breathe in,
This light gets brighter.
As you breathe out,
The light gets softer.
So visualize that this light pulsates with the rhythm of the breath.
Inhale and this light gets brighter.
Exhale the light gets softer.
Inhale to make the light brighter.
Exhale the light gets softer.
Visualize this light that pulsates with the rhythm of your own breath.
On your next inward breath,
Visualize this light getting bright to fill the entire heart.
Inhale in.
Exhale and the light gets softer.
Inhale to fill your heart with this light.
Exhale the light gets softer.
On your next inward breath,
This light expands to fill your entire body.
Inhale in.
Exhale the light gets softer.
Inhale and the light expands to fill the body.
Exhale the light gets dim.
And on your next inward breath,
Expand this light to fill the entire room around you.
And exhale.
Inhale again to fill the room with the light.
Exhale.
This is a reminder that at any time,
Allow this breath to be at your own pace.
If you need to go faster or slower than what I direct,
Feel free to do so.
On the next inward breath,
This light expands to fill the city around you.
Exhale and the light gets softer.
Inhale to fill the city with your light.
Exhale to soften this light.
And on the next inward breath,
The light expands to fill the entire country.
Exhale and the light gets softer.
Now expand this light for three more rounds of breath.
Inhale the light gets bright and fills the country around you.
Exhale the light gets a bit softer.
And with the next inward breath,
Imagine this light filling the world around you.
And exhale to make the light softer.
Inhale the light fills the world.
And exhale.
Light this light for two more breath cycles.
On the next inward breath,
This light fills the entire solar system.
And exhale.
Breathe in,
The light fills the solar system.
Breathe out,
The light gets softer.
And exhale to light this light for four more breath cycles.
Breathe in to make the light brighter.
And exhale.
On the next inward breath,
This light expands to fill this entire galaxy.
Exhale the light gets softer.
Light this light in the galaxy for six breath cycles.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
And on this next inward breath,
We're going to expand this light to fill this entire universe out to 13.
5 billion light years.
Breathe in to make the light brighter.
Breathe out and the light gets softer.
Now visualize this light pulsating through the entire universe for a few more breath cycles.
Breathe in and the light gets brighter.
Breathe out to make the light softer.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
And now on your next outward breath,
The light contracts from the universal level down to the galaxy.
Breathe in to make this light brighter.
And on your next outward breath,
The light comes back from the galaxy back to the world around you.
Breathe in to make the light brighter.
On your next outward breath,
The light comes back from the world into your country.
Inhale the light gets brighter.
On the next outward breath,
The light comes back from your country to your city or neighborhood.
Inhale and the light gets brighter.
Exhale to send this light back into the room that you're in.
Inhale to make this light brighter.
On the next exhale,
This light comes back into your body.
Inhale in.
And exhale to send this light back to the center of the heart.
Inhale the light gets brighter.
And take a long exhale.
Now breathe normally,
Visualizing this light at the center of the heart,
Pulsating with the breath.
Bring one hand to the heart and the other to the belly,
Feeling this heartbeat within you.
Feeling the pulsation of your own light.
This light that we visualize could represent many things for many different people.
For you,
It could represent the kindness that you have for others,
Your compassion,
Your knowledge,
Your wisdom.
Think about what this light represents for you.
And imagine what it would look like for you to be able to expand this light every day beyond yourself,
Beyond the room you're in,
Beyond your city,
Out into the entire world and the universe.
And as you release the hands back down to the lap,
Feel the body and the natural state.
Become aware of your surroundings by wiggling the fingers and wiggling the toes,
Bringing subtle movements into the body.
And now in your own time,
Whenever you feel ready,
You may slowly and gently open the eyes.
This has been light from the heart meditation,
A technique that allows us to visualize our light,
Whatever it represents to you,
And expand that light outward for the goodness of something greater than ourselves.
Take this awareness of this light and bring it throughout your entire day.
