Let's start to get ourselves comfortable,
To sit in the stillness.
If it's at all possible,
Light a candle and begin to relax your body from head to toe.
All the muscles of your body relax.
And as we go through this meditation,
Let's start to monitor our breath,
Keeping it steady.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing in and release it.
And as we begin to normalize our breath,
Let's consider all of the things that we can release that no longer serve us.
What people or feelings or habits can you release from your heart that you know no longer have a place for your highest and greatest good?
We've learned from everything and are so thankful for these lessons,
But now they need to be freed from our souls.
So to yourself,
Repeat the following with me.
I release all that does not serve me anymore.
I release fear.
I release doubt.
I release doubt of myself.
And I release doubt of others.
I release feelings of unworthiness,
Jealousy,
Fear,
And judgments.
So now,
Let's create and envision an intention that feels powerful to you.
Maybe it's to go through life with more courage,
Or maybe it's to be more forgiving.
Consider all the aspects of this intention.
What does it feel like to have it?
Possibly what does it look like or smell like?
How different would your life be if this intention became reality?
And now,
Repeat with me the following.
I invite into my being possibility.
I invite in freedom and gratitude and abundance.
My possibilities are endless.
And I believe that whatever I can dream,
I can create.
Repeat to yourself,
My possibilities are endless.
And I believe that whatever I can dream,
I can create.
I believe that whatever I can dream,
I can create.
I believe that whatever I can dream,
I can create.
My possibilities are endless.
And I believe that whatever I can dream,
I can create.
You can start bringing your awareness back to your body.
Moving your fingers and toes.
Feeling the chair where you are sitting in.
And whenever you feel comfortable,
You can open your eyes knowing that today is the start of a new life for you.
Namaste.
