Welcome to the Centered Heart Forgiveness Meditation.
Forgiveness is the most powerful way to heal your mind,
Body,
And spirit.
Each time you work on forgiving others or yourself for the challenges brought to you in life,
You free yourself to live a more heart-centered life.
Let's begin this meditation by finding a comfortable and peaceful place to sit and be.
Close your eyes and focus on your gentle breath.
Simply notice how peaceful it is to just breathe.
Simply notice how peaceful it is to just breathe.
After calming your energy with your focused,
Gentle breathing,
Bring your awareness into your heart center.
Take in a deep,
Loving breath and exhale slowly,
Keeping your awareness in your heart.
Take another love-filled breath and exhale any worries,
Fears,
And frustrations.
Just let it all go.
And another really deep breath of love into your being.
Just breathe in the love.
Stretch the shoulders at the top of the breath,
Holding for just a moment.
And really slow,
Cleansing exhale.
Gently release the shoulders and sigh it out if that feels right.
Beautiful.
Now you are relaxed physically,
Mentally,
Gentle,
Mindful breathing.
Let's call in the support of your angels and guides for this meditation.
Being aware of your heart center,
Let's ask for those who support your journey from the spirit side to surround and support you during this healing meditation.
Become aware of the energy surrounding you.
Perhaps you feel warmer,
Happier,
More peaceful,
Or simply loved as your team of guides join you.
Just radiate gratitude from your heart for their presence.
Forgiveness is from the heart.
And while we forgive others for conflicts or challenges brought into our lives,
We are really healing ourselves through this process.
You are letting go of hurt,
Anger,
Frustration when you forgive and your heart heals.
Still aware of your heart center,
Take a moment to send love into your being.
Feel the glow of your soul expand and radiate from within as you fuel your heart with love.
Allow this energy of love to radiate and expand around you.
And now,
With your inner knowing or seeing,
I want you to see or know that before you is a mirror of yourself.
Take a moment to just witness your own being.
Observe your body,
Mind with no judgment.
Take an inventory of where you may feel you need to forgive yourself.
Perhaps self-criticism,
Self-loathing,
Overworked,
Underappreciated.
There's a lot in there.
Just observe no judgment.
Now,
Let's forgive you for all the personal neglect or self-criticism.
Bring your awareness back to your heart.
Feel the connection to the heart of your mirror image as though there is a thread connecting you heart to heart.
Now,
Fuel your heart with unconditional love through your breath.
When you are ready,
Take a deep breath and send love through your heart to your mirror image.
Send that love and gratitude to your being for all the hard work and sacrificing you have done in this life.
Allowing acceptance of this forgiveness into your being.
Feel the sigh of relief within and surrender into the love.
Allow beautiful,

Cleansing light from the divine above to shower healing love all over your being.

Now,
Let's heal some more.
Bring your awareness back to your heart.
Notice the fullness of your light.
Allow your mind to connect to someone or something in your life you feel may need to be forgiven.
Don't force this thought.
Just allow.
Your heart will know who or what is appropriate in this moment.
See or know that they are standing across from you.
You may be surprised by whom or what may be coming up for healing.
Take a moment to just observe what needs forgiveness.
No judgment.
Just observation.
Remember,
You are safe and surrounded by love from your guides and angels.
You are not alone.
Turning your awareness back to your heart center.
Feeling your heart with unconditional love.
Feel ready to let go.
When you feel you have enough love to send.
Use your breath to send that love to this individual.
From your heart to their heart.
Lovingly,
Let go.
Take a conscious heart breath now.
Notice how you feel in this moment,
Perhaps lighter,
More free.
You may feel or observe the healing or forgiveness has had on whom you sent the energy to.
You may see them with more compassionate eyes or heart.
Breathe real gentle now.
Relaxing energy.
Remember the light of the divine.
Showering down all over you.
Cleansing and energizing your being.
Surrender into this divine love.
Place your hands over your heart center.
Send gratitude to you.
For your willingness to let go of emotions that no longer serve you.
And send gratitude to your being for stepping into a higher expression of you.
Feel the love of your guides around you.
Sending love and gratitude to them as well.
It is a cycle of blessings.
When you let go and heal.
You allow those around you to heal as well.
Take a more conscious breath at this time.
Become aware once again of your heart center.
Remember to send gratitude again to your guides and angels for always being there with you.
Even if you're not sure of who they are,
They know who you are.
Take in another conscious breath.
Feeling more present with your physical being and the room around you.
And another deep and grounding conscious breath.
Feeling centered again in your own being.
