And today I want to talk to you about the power of your aura.
Your aura is the energetic soul signature of your beautiful,
Unique essence.
And it exudes from your soul center out into the world.
And it is working with you 24 seven to help you navigate your world.
It is giving you information all of the time.
And most of this is information you're just processing naturally without even thinking about it.
And actually how you'll be infected by so many other people.
So let's start with first the basic understanding that we all have our own unique soul essence.
It's what makes you and I so different from each other and gives us a unique place in the world.
We all have beautiful abilities and gifts that we bring to this world.
And having an aura is also,
To me,
Complete understanding that we are all intuitive beings.
Even though we don't all always embrace intuition as something that we are or have,
Your aura is working with you all of the time to help you be more aware of your intuition.
So as we talk about all of this stuff,
We're going to really confirm for you how true it is that we all are intuitive and how you're just receiving all of the time.
And most of the time we don't even acknowledge it.
It's incredible.
So let's start with first the sheer fact that when we are walking the world,
Our aura is extended out beyond our physical body all of the time.
If you've ever been to a psychic fair or some,
You know,
Spiritual event,
You probably sat down in front of a Carillion camera and had an oral photo done.
And then you receive this picture of you and it's got all these beautiful colors around you.
That's an aura photo.
And it's important to know that photo shows you maybe whatever color it was,
The moment that picture snapped is going to change within milliseconds.
That is not always the color that you are 24-7.
Our aura is in constant change in motion all of the time.
It is always shifting with every thought that we have,
Every mood that we go through,
Our color,
Our energy.
Energy is going to shift according to what we're feeling and also what is coming at us in our world.
To change that energy.
So let's understand why that is.
And it starts with as simply as understanding that the aura is always again extended out of your physical body and you're feeling and picking up other people's energies all the time.
So let's imagine for one moment that if you extend your arm outward,
Sorry it's cut off here,
But if you extend your arm outward just sitting normal and you stretch your arm out,
Your aura is naturally about that far off your body all of the time.
And it's in front of you and it's behind you all the way around you is this extension.
You lift your hand up and you're going to feel all the way up.
And then even down below your feet into the earth,
Your aura is around you in all of those directions.
OK.
And on average,
It is about the length of your arm outside of your body.
Now,
When we're in really happy states or feeling really excited,
Your aura is going to get really big.
And if you're feeling really low,
Down,
Sad or overwhelmed,
You're going to probably feel your energy come in.
Sometimes when we're really sad,
We pull our energy in.
And when we're feeling really great,
We let the energy out.
So your aura can go on beyond that extension of your arm,
And it can even come a little bit closer to your body.
But one thing you can do is shut it off.
It will always be running 24-7.
And the only time that your body is without the aura is when we're in the transition to the spirit world.
So when we leave our bodies,
Our soul leaves and moves up.
The aura goes with it.
Because the aura is an extension of your soul,
Not the physical frame it's in.
And that is what gives us unique energies that help us become who we are.
Now,
If you have a lot of family partners,
People that live with you,
Children,
You're going to be so in tune with their aura naturally that the minute someone enters a room,
You don't even need to turn around and look.
You're going to instantly be able to signature recognize the energy of who just walked in.
And I guarantee you,
If you're a parent or somebody and you're in your house right now,
You can probably tell where in the house a child may be because you can feel that vibration.
You can sense the energetic presence.
But also,
If you're alone in your home and there's no safe family or friends around,
You're also gonna feel the energy of emptiness.
That no other aura is in the house.
So that's always really interesting too,
Right?
If you've ever been alone in a house,
It sometimes has that eerie feeling of no vibration because all the people who have soul energy aren't home right now.
And then even animals,
By the way,
Have aura.
So sometimes you can tell the energy of your pet,
Your cat,
Your dog,
If they've come into the room,
Maybe they're quietly moving around.
I have a cat and I can always kind of sense where she is because I can feel her energy in the house.
And so a friend of mine,
And when I used to live in an apartment one time and I would bring my fur baby to my parents' house,
If I'm traveling,
He'd always go,
God,
It feels so empty up there.
I can tell she's not there,
Your cat.
So even when you're not home,
I can feel the emptiness.
But if you're traveling for a day and she's home,
I can feel her almost in the energy of the house because her aura is exuding energy.
So our pets also have auric energy and it does change according to how they're feeling as well.
Now,
What's important to understand is that if you can imagine that your aura is at least extended about an arm's length off your body,
Then everywhere you go in the world,
People who walk around you are going to interact with your aura.
And this is where I say that our intuition is working for us all of the time.
The minute somebody crosses into your energy field,
You get instant sensations and you can often feel a comfort or discomfort based on the auric energy.
Now,
If it's a new meeting,
Sometimes you might feel really comfortable because the minute they enter your aura,
They're not disturbing you.
Their energies are kind of vibing with yours really well.
And maybe if they're not in maybe the best mood or best energy when they enter your aura,
You're going to often feel like,
Hmm,
What's that?
So we are processing that mentally almost without thinking about it and having instant reactions that we don't always identify as intuition.
But if your aura is literally meeting somebody's and you're feeling energy,
Our intuition is activating.
It's trying to assess,
Is this safe?
Is this not safe?
And sometimes you might meet a colleague or coworker and you might feel them walk in your They feel a little off today,
Maybe they're not feeling well,
But they may go,
I'm doing great.
Once I'm in their energy,
Something doesn't feel quite right.
That's your energy,
Feeling and assessing that information all of the time.
This is happening all of the time without question.
How do you navigate the world with your aura,
Especially if you're an empath?
Most of us,
If you're listening to this or catching this video,
You're an empath.
You feel sensitive to other people's emotions.
But not everybody is always in tune with that or they might feel very grounded in who they are so they can feel other people's emotions,
But they don't let it overtake who they are.
So if you're really sensitive and you're feeling a lot of other people's emotions,
Then your aura is really extended.
You're really blending with other people.
A quick way to assess is to just take a deep breath into your heart,
Come into the center of your soul.
Just take a nice solid breath there,
Get centered and ask yourself,
Is this my emotion or am I feeling somebody near me?
And I guarantee you're probably going to know exactly who it is.
You just might need to check in with yourself for confirmation.
Now,
When we're feeling other people's emotions,
One thing that you can do if you're overwhelmed,
You might be again,
Really excited in your aura.
So we in just a few simple breaths,
We can pull that energy in and get centered.
So if you have a second here,
I'll show you how to do that.
Can soften your gaze or close your eyes,
Whatever is most comfortable in the moment.
If you soften your gaze,
Maybe you want to look at something in the corner or find a little spot to just make a focal point.
And you just take a deep breath.
Use your imagination here and just imagine a bubble of energy.
If you want to first find the energy of your aura,
You can actually reach out to the sides very slow.
Some people go like this and you're going to push through the wall of your aura,
But if you move really slow,
Take a centered breath.
You're going to start to eventually feel a bounce.
Like almost two magnets repelling each other.
You feel that little bounce.
That's usually the edge of your aura.
Just reach up,
But go slow.
Because remember,
If you go like this,
You're going to punch right through the wall of your aura,
And you're not going to feel it.
But if you move really slow,
You might just notice a little softness in the energy.
And just feel where your aura is.
If you feel like you're way out,
You might want to pull that energy in a little bit closer.
So using your imagination,
Maybe seeing in your mind or using your knowing,
I know that there's a bubble around me that is my aura.
And as you put your mind in your heart,
Take a deep breath and imagine,
Feel,
Or know.
That you're just pulling the bubble a little closer to your body.
It always will exude out of your body.
Take a deep breath in the heart and exhale out into your root as you pull it in.
Exhale down.
And you'll start to pull the energy in a little bit more.
And just exhale down.
And it centers yourself a little bit.
And that will help you navigate your world a little closer to your body.
You can still feel,
But you're not in everybody else's energy.
You're a little closer to your body here.
And that's where we want to be.
When you're excited and you're out at maybe a concert or an event and you're in a lot of people's energies,
You might feel really tired after because when we're really expanded and we're moving through a lot of people,
It can be exhausting.
So one of the things I want to show you is how to do a little energy cleansing really fast,
Really easy.
That you can do in just a few seconds.
If you're feeling overwhelmed again,
Or you feel like you've been in a lot of people's energies,
You want to clear the energy out of your aura.
Because remember,
Everybody's always leaving energy out and about.
So take a moment with me.
If you have somebody maybe in the spirit that you love and you have a sweatshirt of theirs,
Or if you have a partner or a loved one who's just alive,
But they're not home and you want to feel close to them,
You might grab and put on a sweatshirt or sweater and feel their energy,
Right?
Because when they're wearing things,
Leave our energy in it.
So it's really lovely and familiar when we wrap ourselves in something they wear all the time,
We can feel that energy.
Now.
When we are also picking up other people's energies,
That is being left in our aura.
So every so often we need to do an auric cleanse.
We need to let the energy be free.
So very simple,
Fast,
Easy exercise.
Again,
Soften your gaze,
Close your eyes.
Whatever's comfortable.
Bring your mind into your heart space.
And just feel healing white light from the sun or energy just radiating down on you.
The universal love just coming down and let that energy just fill your aura.
Use your imagination or just know it.
If you're not strongly visual,
That's okay.
I'm not either.
I just know and feel maybe the warmth of the sun.
On my energy and it's just going to cleanse out all of that energy that's not yours.
And what's more,
If there's energy in there that you want to let go of that is yours,
Let that go too.
Let that all go.
We don't need it.
Just let that all go.
Shake it off if you want,
Shake your energy.
Take a grounding breath,
Open your eyes,
Come back to me for a moment when you're done.
So easy.
Auric energy so powerful,
So intuitive.
A few other fast,
Easy ways that can be really great cleansings.
If you have more time than just a few moments,
You can do a nice chakra healing meditation or an insight timer.
There's a ton of meditations out there.
So anything that you feel just cleanses your energy,
Use it,
Work with it.
It's great tools.
You can use sage,
You can sage your aura.
I sometimes use a rattle or a shaker and shake it through the energy.
If I feel like I do a lot of work as a medium.
So if I feel like I'm picking up a lot of spirit energy I want to release,
Or if I've had a really intense session,
I might rattle the energy out and really break it up if I feel like I need that.
At the end of the day,
Trust your intuition.
What does your soul feel it needs?
Does it need a simple cleansing of light?
Does it feel really heavy and you need to rattle some things out?
You can go about cleansing however your intuition is guiding you.
Some other fast ways are using things like Florida water or flower water essence,
Some kind of essential oil that can go through your,
Anything like that can feel really good right now and allow some cleansing energy to come through you.
Your aura is so,
So powerful,
And it is the greatest navigation tool that you always have.
It is on 24-7,
Which means your intuition is working for you 24-7.
Sometimes just being in maybe a park bench and you're sitting around some people,
Just take a little practice time and just what am I feeling over there,
Take a deep breath,
Come back to center.
So whenever you're in somebody else's energy,
The best way to come back to center is just to take a deep breath.
Mind to your heart,
Exhale into the heart.
And down to your feet.
And it'll just pull you all back to center.
Your aura will come back toward you.
So if you feel that you're also just engaged in someone's energy and you just Come back to center.
Simple,
Easy practices.
This is easy practice,
And it takes practice.
I wish we get them instantly the very first few times,
But allow yourself to practice with these simple,
Wonderful,
Easy techniques.
And take good care of yourself,
Your energy,
And your aura.
You are so worth it.
Quick understanding of the power of your aura.
It's one of the greatest parts of you,
And it's working for you all the time.
