Hello and welcome.
My name is Lauren Archer and I'll be your guide for this heart centering session designed to help you connect with your heart's intelligence,
Ground and center and prepare to set your intentions for a purposeful day.
So as you close your eyes,
Let your attention drop into the center of your chest.
Becoming aware of your heart and all the magic that's there.
Remembering that your heart processes information.
According to the Institute of HeartMath,
There are more signals going from your heart to your brain than from your brain to your heart.
And so as you get quiet and curious,
You can feel into that space,
Sensing the wisdom of your heart and the way that it communicates with you.
And as you are bringing your attention to this space in your body,
You can take in some full deep breaths.
Letting your chest expand.
And as you exhale,
Noticing how much you can let the air all the way out.
Curious about the feelings,
The sensations.
Taking a moment now to activate a feeling of gratitude.
Identifying something in your life where you are feeling grateful,
Thankful,
Appreciative.
And now fully breathing those feelings into your body.
Noticing the expansion.
Noticing the subtle qualitative difference in the sensations in your heart,
In your chest.
As you allow yourself to breathe in gratitude.
Breathing out appreciation.
Allowing that feeling sense to expand throughout your body now.
Remembering that as you activate feelings of gratitude and appreciation,
You are changing your neurochemistry.
Perhaps feeling and sensing the rush or the flow or the flood of happy hormones.
Perhaps a feeling of relief as your body chemistry neutralizes stress.
Sensing your own rhythm and flow.
As you breathe and sense and feel this connection with your heart.
And letting that be enough for right now.
The feeling of enoughness.
Taking a moment to recognize muscle memory,
The feeling sense so that you can come back to this place this state more easily.
Letting your brain and your body share this communication.
Recognizing this feeling state as an optimal state of well-being.
Noticing the absence of thought,
The absence of stress and just the awareness of presence.
And from that state of being,
If you'd like,
You can take a moment to feel your feet on the earth.
Grounding your energy into Mother Earth.
Feeling that sense of connection,
Feeling the pull of gravity,
Holding you safe,
Holding you connected right here to this moment.
And then perhaps opening up,
Feeling your connection with the cosmos.
Reaching your awareness out into the stars,
Into the universe,
Recognizing that you are part of something bigger.
And allowing that to be.
And now feeling a circulation,
The heart at the center of an infinity circle,
Infinity loop connected to the earth,
The core of the earth,
The pull of gravity on one side and the expansion of the universe on the other.
And sensing your core connection in your heart.
Letting that heart connection inform your work today,
Inform your intentions as you step into this next level of soulful evolution.
Expressing yourself as love throughout this one precious life that you have been given.
So when you're ready,
Take in a nice,
Full,
Deep breath.
Come on back to this present moment and open your eyes.
