Laura is a Reiki Master Teacher, meditation guide and MindBody Syndrome (TMS) Practitioner who brings a holistic approach to wellbeing. Her passion is helping others live happier, healthier lives through compassionate, heart-centered care. With 20 years’ experience in the community sector – including youth work, mental health, disability support, education and work-readiness, Laura brings a deep understanding of people and their unique needs to her healing practice. What began as a curiosity about Reiki and meditation evolved into a big healing journey of her own. Through navigating mental health challenges including obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety and chronic pain and symptoms (TMS), Laura discovered the power of self-compassion, acceptance and nervous system-based healing to support the body’s natural capacity restore balance. Now, she shares this work with others, linking together her lived experience, professional background and soul-led practices to hold space for deep, authentic healing.
