This is a readiness check meditation to help you tune into your internal state before you begin your work. And work can mean anything. Creating content. Starting a project. Reviewing finances. Preparing for a meeting. Making an important decision. Before you act, it matters where you’re coming from. If you’re overwhelmed, tight, or spiraling in perfectionism, that energy will shape the outcome. If you’re neutral, open, or even slightly excited, that energy will shape it too. In this guided meditation, you will: • Notice what neutral feels like in your body • Identify the sensation of openness and excitement • Recognize signs of overwhelm and tension • Practice returning to a grounded, centered state You’re not trying to force motivation.
