This track is part of the Lead Intact® 3-Minute Re-Center series — short guided audios to help you pause, breathe, and lead yourself from alignment. Each of these quick 3–4 minute resets gives you just enough time to slow down, ground, and come back to yourself — no rush, no fluff. Once you’ve seen what’s true and owned what’s yours, it’s time to move — intentionally. This guided reflection helps you reconnect to your why (your north star) and use the Why–What–How Framework to take your next right step from ease, not pressure. You’ll finish feeling grounded, clear, and confident — ready to act from alignment, not obligation.

Hi,

I'm Laura Dionisio,

Founder of Lead&Tack.

Welcome to the 3-Minute Re-Center,

A mini audio series designed to help you pause,

Breathe,

And come back to yourself.

Each track walks you through one pillar of the Lead&Tack model.

Awareness,

Accountability,

And aligned action.

These are quick resets for when you're feeling stuck,

Overwhelmed,

Or just a little disconnected from yourself.

You don't need anything fancy,

Just a few minutes,

Your breath,

And a willingness to be honest with what's true right now.

So get comfortable,

Or keep walking if you're on the move,

And let's begin.

Hey,

It's Laura.

Welcome to your Aligned Action Reset.

You've made it through awareness and accountability,

Which means you've already done the hardest part,

Being honest with yourself.

Now,

It's time to move.

This is about movement that feels good and true.

Action that's intentional,

Not frantic.

Let's start with a deep breath.

Inhale through your nose,

Hold,

And exhale slowly.

Before we talk about doing,

Let's talk about why.

What makes you get up in the morning?

And no,

I don't mean the urge to go to the bathroom,

Although totally relatable.

I mean the emotional why.

What makes you excited to get up?

What do you look forward to?

Maybe it's the feeling of a fresh start.

Maybe it's that first sip of coffee that makes you believe in miracles again.

Maybe it's waking up to your two cats snuggled up beside you.

Your why is your North Star,

The thing that reminds you what matters.

It's how you know instinctively in your body and your gut if you're headed in the right direction.

This is where aligned decisions are made.

Now,

Think about one decision you've been going back and forth on.

Maybe it's where to go for dinner tonight.

Maybe it's whether to reply to that text from a friend that just totally hit you sideways.

Or maybe it's the big one,

Whether to quit your job and start over.

Whatever it is,

Just bring it to mind.

This is the what.

Get curious about it without rushing to fix or figure it all out.

If it's the text,

Ask yourself,

What part of that was actually what they said?

And what part was me filling in the blanks?

If it's the job,

Ask,

What is it about my work that's straining me?

Is it the project?

The people?

The pace?

Break the what into smaller pieces.

That's how you start seeing more solutions than problems.

From here,

Play with the how.

Yes,

Play.

This gets to be fun.

Think about what solutions could work,

But without attachments,

Say it with me,

Do not get attached to the plan.

Just because you consider it doesn't mean you have to do it.

And it definitely doesn't mean you have to know every step right now.

Aligned action isn't about control.

It's about trust.

You'll know you're in alignment when your energy says yes,

Before your mind even catches up.

And if it feels like you're walking through molasses,

That's probably not aligned.

So one more deep breath.

Inhale,

Hold,

And exhale.

You've just practiced the third pillar of the Lead & Tack model,

Aligned Action.

You're not waiting for permission anymore.

You're leading from within.

Now go do something your future self will high five you for.

And remember,

Alignment isn't about perfection.

It's about choosing what feels good and true one step at a time.

You've got this.

Thanks for taking a few minutes to recenter with me.

If this helped you feel a little clearer,

Calmer,

Or more grounded,

Follow me here on Insight Timer for more short practices and mindful resets.

Keep leading from within.

One breath,

One choice,

One moment at a time.
