This meditation is for entrepreneurs, Business owners, Or even if you're just someone who is looking to be more productive in your day-to-day life. This meditation will help you tune in to what productivity really means to you in terms of how you wanna feel when you are being productive. This way, When you're exploring different methods or tactics, You really tune into what works for you instead of making yourself wrong when a particular process is not working out for you. Please note that this meditation is a recording from a class I had done previously, So the quality is not as good. And with that, Let's begin. Let's go ahead and get settled. Let's feet on the floor. You can go ahead and close your eyes or not, That's fine. Whatever's comfortable for you. We're gonna start with three deep breaths, So inhale slowly. Exhale. One more time, Inhale. And exhale. One last time, Inhale. And exhale. And as you get settled in your seat, See yourself in your favorite place to do your work. This could be at your desk. This could be at a cafe. Or you could even be walking in a park, Thinking about the work that you love to do. Wherever you find yourself is perfect. And as you get settled in whatever space you find yourself, Imagine you're looking at your laptop or your notebook, Wherever you keep your list of things that you want to do. And as you look at the things that you need to do for your business, Feel yourself get really, Really excited and grateful that you get to do this amazing work, That you get to spread your voice, And your message to those who really, Really need it. Now, Tune in to this version of you who is absolutely in love. This version of you already has systems in place, Already has a process that works well. And as you start to either write in your laptop or in your notebook, Or maybe you're just walking and this is all happening in your head, How do you feel when you start to do the work? Maybe you feel excited. Maybe you feel really confident or maybe it's an ease and peace within you. Pay attention to whatever comes up for you. Now, Take a moment and express gratitude for doing the work that you do, For doing the work that you do, For you being able to feel so at peace and ease with this work because you've put the right processes in place for you. Go ahead and take a deep breath. And when you're ready, You can go ahead and open your eyes.
