The Heartbeat Meditation allows us to tune into the sensations of our heart beating in chest as well as the pulse beating in our hands and feet. The practice brings us back into our bodies allowing the gentle sensation of our own heartbeat to soothe our nervous system and bring us into a state of relaxation. The practice ends with the gentle ringing of a singing bowl and a metta blessing.
