Hey there,
This is Jen with Laughing Lotus Wellness.
Welcome to our meditation practice.
So welcome into our meditation today.
We're going to start with our breath.
We're going to start with our breath.
And we're going to start with our breath.
And we're going to reset your sense of connection.
And it's always inviting you to sink in subtle,
Beginning to deepen and lengthen the breath.
Place a hand in the belly.
Or leaving hands at the side.
Palms up if you want to invite energy in.
And or if it's more comfortable.
And or face down if you want to ground and root yourself.
So today,
We begin with setting an intention or sankalpa,
Either creating your own or borrowing mine,
Using my words as your words if they resonate.
I am grateful to reset my sense of connection to my sacred relationships in order to see the divine working through these beings to support my soul evolution.

And really deepening and lengthening the breath,
Both on the inhale and the exhale.
Taking a moment here to bring the awareness to the breath.
And placing awareness in the chest and lungs as you breathe.
Letting the chest expand and contract with a steady and fluid movement of the breath.
And now noticing the backside of the body as the breath expands and contracts.
Just observing the state of the body and the breath.
The body and the breath.
Now bringing awareness to the front and back bodies as you inhale and exhale,
Expanding and contracting with the breath.
Beginning to bring a healing light in through the heart with each inhale.
Inhaling the light,
Exhaling and releasing what no longer serves you.
Again inhaling the light and releasing the things no longer serving on the exhale.
Really taking time to notice the full inhale and how you can flow into the exhale after each breath.
Possibly even releasing the exhale a little more slowly each and every time.
We begin our journey by moving through the layers of our being,
Sensing the breath as though it is able to move in through the physical body,
Just sensing how the physical body is present today.
And next moving into the mind and allowing the breath to fill the mind space as if the breath can expand and contract right in the mind space.
And notice what it is like to consider the thoughts that might make the mind feel expansive or contraction.
Continuing the way of the mind,
Moving inward to the emotions and our feeling experience.
Layers of the emotions and the feeling experience.
Again bringing that breath into the emotions.
What shows up for you when you inhale a healing light and what emotions can you release with that exhale?
Noticing and observing which emotions feel like expansion and which emotions feel like contraction for you and your body.
In this moment breathing into the emotional space intuiting where that is for you today is that in your mind,
Your heart,
Chest or belly,
Somewhere else altogether just noticing this,
Pulling the breath into that space and clearing the way.
And now bringing that awareness of the breath and healing light into the intuitive space,
The space of inner knowing and strength you carry,
Inhaling the light,
Releasing out with a breath any aspect of the soul that might be afraid or unable to listen with inner ears,
Allowing for more space for us to listen to that inner whisper,
Deep knowing we are all wired with,
Allowing with the breath,
Expansion and contraction of the intuition wisdom bodies,
Placing that awareness to where you notice that in the body or if perhaps it feels like something in the aura energetic body,
Allowing the senses to notice the finest shifts and transformation as you breathe into those spaces.
And in this space,
We bring that breath life force into the heart space,
Blasting inward with radiant light as it permeates the heart,
Creating expansion in the space.
Inhaling and exhaling as you let go of the blocks that may be in the heart space.
Exhaling out old stories,
Beliefs and connections that have taught their lessons and are ready to be released,
Thanking the teachers with the inhale and the exhale.
And feeling the breath flowing now through every layer of the body,
Thoughts,
Emotions,
Intuition heart,
And now the whole being lit in light as you breathe,
Having cleared the way for the energy to flow easily and fluidly through all the layers of your being.
A sense of light expanding and filling all the spaces of your soul.
And in this moment,
We take a journey,
Feeling the lightness of the soul overflowing so that you are lit from the inside out and having the sense of being gently lifted,
Rising,
Rising,
Up,
Up,
Up.
Trusting completely that this rising is supporting your soul evolution,
Lifted through the sky,
Stars and clouds to arrive in a beautiful sacred space of marble and light,
Like an incredible museum of sorts.
Walking around here,
You explore the artifacts like symbols of the story of your life and how each moment the next was actually being guided for your best and highest good of the service of all.
Even when it felt hard,
Challenging,
Painful,
The connections are all there.
The links to understanding how this was all preparation for your evolution and growth.
And perhaps in your museum,
There are screens of memories or things and little insets in the wall with a beautiful placard sharing the story and the deep meaning of it.
This marble or gold statuary,
As symbols,
Looking around this museum and your soul and seeing the artifacts,
Symbols of your life,
Beginning to understand what these life connections are human and sacred relationships that were set in place for us.
The humans we were granted is an agreement for our soul work,
Perhaps guides and angels who are working diligently to hold space for evolution,
Making sure we intersect with all things and exactly the right timing for our purpose.
In the meantime here,
Notice the sacred connections in this beautiful space of light and loving vibration.
In the meantime,
Cross this line,
106 hypothesis arelinear and yet basically a into making And now the awareness of the moments that the collective has surrounded you.
Prayers and thoughts by others sent for you to surround you in compassion,
Love,
Strength,
And kindness.
Really feeling the energy of being surrounded in community,
Both physically present and energetically present.
Seeing in your mind the golden filaments flowing from other people's heart spaces,
Wrapping around you and your soul to nurture,
Hold space,
Provide peace and love.
Feeling the breath expand and contract upon receiving of the gifts.
Seeing how this shifts the energy for you,
This healing support.
How it makes you brighter,
Allows a safety net for when our souls get tired.
The unseen but always present community that surrounds you.
This beautiful space of connection,
Community,
I invite you now to send out love as a prayer saying in your mind,
I bless you and surround you in love and light.
I know and feel your innate value in this journey of time and space.
How who you are makes a difference to the collective,
Surround you in peace and kindness.
As you make your way on your path to purpose,
Seeing how you do your best even in the moments of struggle.
I see you in me.
We're calling a quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson that says,
It is one of the most beautiful compensations in life.
We can never help another without helping ourselves.
Taking a few moments to send gratitude to your sacred community and connections as those relationships flow forward,
Sending love and light to each of them from that heart space.
This beautiful marble museum taking a moment to truly honor people and souls met or unmet and enhance your soul evolution and journey.
You And now having made those sacred connections,
Resetting and inviting in all those deep sacred relationships,
We return to that intention of sankalpa for our practice,
Sending it even more deeply through the layers of our being,
Using the seed of my words as yours if they resonate,

And slowly we come back into the body and breath.
Coming back from that journey and sensing the expansion and contraction of the breath.
How it mirror the soul experience.
What it felt like to expand into love and light as we witness the blessings of being loved and sending it out.
Bringing awareness to this moment,
Observing for yourself the emotional state,
Intuitive state.
How the layers of being are all affected when we take time to be present in loving kindness for ourselves and the world.
How it translates and transmutes into every layer of our being and energy.
Beginning to wiggle fingers and toes.
And running the thumb across the ends of the fingertips,
Taking gentle wrist and ankle rolls.
Perhaps even a good morning stretch.
Perhaps placing the left hand on the heart and the right hand on the belly.
Take a few more moments here to truly tap into the light,
Sensing the evolution in just this journey.
Breathing here as we close our practice,
I invite you to take this sense of connection with you.
To see the sacredness of every interaction,
Every relationship,
And to see yourself in every person.
Bringing your hands to a preposition in the heart center if that resonates for you.
The gifts of resetting the connection and loving kindness within me invites you into that reset of sacred connection,
