Hey there,

This is Jen with Laughing Lotus Wellness.

Welcome to our meditation practice.

So flow,

Go with the flow mantra in meditation.

We invite you to come and lie down on your mat or find a comfortable seat in a chair,

Sitting up nice and tall,

Nice tall spine.

Again closing the eyes or softening the gaze,

Just plugging into that breath.

Slowing down and sinking in here.

And going inward now,

Just checking the state of your feelings,

Your mind,

Sensations,

Thoughts,

Plans.

Our time together is like a sacred sandwich.

By that I mean that we have all these things going on until we show up to meditation and our space together in our community.

And then we've got all these things that will come after.

In order for all of us to be in the flow today,

I invite you to see this time as sacred.

So to pack up whatever it is that you're bringing in today,

Tonight,

Whatever time of day it is for you,

Packing it up in a box and setting it outside your space in your mind.

To be in this sacred sandwich time together.

Respecting honoring and giving yourself this time,

This blessing to be in community and the flow with others.

Open up the sacral chakra here,

That water element space with a little bit of singing bowl just to kind of get us moving this morning,

Plugging us in.

We're all getting comfortable.

And that even and fluid breath here,

Noting the flow of the breath.

Making any final adjustments as needed to your props,

Your clothing,

Your body.

That's all.

I am exhaling out in Pausing here just reflect on the energy that you might feel in and around your body What does the current of energy feel like around your body?

Right seat and left seat,

Back of the right thigh,

Back of the left thigh,

Right calf muscle,

Right ankle,

Right heel and left heel Healing light of awareness in the whole back of the body,

The whole back of the body,

Healing light of awareness in the whole back of the body And now begin to see the whole body as if you are seeing yourself in a mirror,

As if a great mirror is hanging over you and you are trying to see your own body,

Your own reflection See your body,

See your body as an object,

Your head,

Your arms,

Your chest,

Your legs,

Your clothes,

Look at yourself in the mirror,

A psychic mirror and say to yourself,

My reflection,

My body,

My reflection,

My body And just breathing here as we begin to breathe in and out,

Feeling the flow of the breath,

Feeling the flow of the energy in and around you Invite you to begin to hear the sounds of the ocean,

In this practice I encourage you to imagine floating on the ocean on a mat,

All alone the ocean is gentle and relaxed and you are anchored in place so you will not float away But rather can just notice the gentle movement of the water but you are completely safe,

Breathing in time with an ocean current with the breath Smelling the ocean water,

Feeling the warm water as your hands skim the top of it and you can feel the water moving between your fingers Noticing that feelings and energy are like the ocean,

Sometimes gentle and fleeting,

Sometimes tumultuous and breaking And as you breathe here,

I invite you to pause and just notice the flow of the current of energy underneath of you in the mat of the ocean As you breathe here for a few moments And as you breathe here for a few moments I invite you to imagine the following feelings,

Sensations and energy for a moment Joy,

Tingling,

Rage,

Peace,

Fluidity,

Disappointment Vibration,

Love,

Disgust Lightness,

Happiness A sense that the feeling of energy and the current of energy can flow in and around and through your body Just see how the feelings and energy can be present and then shift and noticing how you can ride the waves of the shifting emotion and energy and still be safely balanced on your mat And just notice the feelings and energy and do not have to attach to them For a few moments here just noticing the ocean full of different emotion and energy as you ride on top of that Also notice that you can direct how you are floating in the ocean by waving your hands,

Shifting the direction of your flow Also shifting the emotions and energy,

Noticing how we have the ability to shift our flow Feeling capable,

Peaceful and deeply connected with the flow here of the rhythms inside and outside ourselves Noting the ability to shift as we need to,

How it feels to be deeply in the flow Counting now with your breath and time with the ocean waves Beginning on an inhale for one,

An exhale for one,

An inhale for two,

An exhale for two,

An inhale for three,

An exhale for three And on your own counting up to seven and from seven back down to one with the breath as you flow on the ocean And on your own counting up to seven and from seven back down to one with the breath as you flow on the ocean And on your own counting up to seven and from seven back down to one with the breath as you flow on the ocean And wherever you are in your breath count down And wherever you are in your breath count down,

Just releasing that At peace here on the ocean,

We will stay just like this for a few moments more And we will stay just like this for a few moments more And we will stay just like this for a few moments more And now revisiting your own personal mantra or using the sankovas set for a group for practice I am grateful to go with the flow in the river of life,

To embrace my natural rhythm and to see that I am empowered to shift and transform the flow of energy around me I am grateful to go the flow in the river of life to embrace my natural rhythms and to see that I am powered to shift and transform the flow of the energy in and around me I am grateful to go the flow in the river of life to embrace my natural rhythm and to see that I am empowered to shift and transform the flow of energy in and around me And now slowly beginning to return from our journey allowing the body to shift from that place of energy and healing and flow to the truth and flowing of life and energy Back into the earth,

Bringing awareness and attention to how you are feeling right now,

Just noticing Paying attention to your breathing and your body,

Your breath and your body,

Your breathing and your body The way your body feels light,

Flow of all things around you How the practice of being in flow is helping to transform your journey As we close our practice,
