My name is Laura Mina and I would like to take you on a journey,
A journey to maybe get to know yourself a little better.
You might want to have pen and paper nearby to take notes after our meditation concludes.
It's so important not to judge yourself during this meditation.
Just really accept whatever answers come to you at this time.
You should take just a few minutes to concentrate on your breath.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Go ahead and take maybe a little bit deeper breath this time through the nose and kind of holding it at the top for just a couple seconds.
And then really releasing that breath through the mouth.
Now let's take a few minutes to find some grounding space.
Grounding is a practice that allows you to reconnect with the Earth's energy and take you to a calm and still place in your heart and really above all to just allow energy to flow.
So with that imagine just a beautiful majestic mountain before you and just visualize how stable,
Strong and resilient and even how grand this mountain is.
Now just imagine being that mountain still,
Calm,
Enduring and resilient through changes.
Changes like rain,
Snow,
Sunshine,
Really just all the changes that the seasons of life bring.
You are that mountain grounded and secure with the Earth's energy.
So now just ask yourself what is happening in your life right now?
Take just a minute to imagine yourself high up on like a big fluffy white cloud where you can really,
Really see yourself from this high position,
Way up high on this cloud.
Where are you in your life right now?
What is one simple truth about yourself that really would describe where you are at in life right now?
Which way are your feet pointed and which way is your heart guiding you?
Does this direction feel good to you?
Really just a simple yes or no is all that's needed.
Who or what is most important to you in your life right now?
What have your recent days brought you either at home,
Maybe in your job or maybe just simply what have they brought you throughout the day?
Have your days brought you any moments of joy?
Any moments of happiness?
Just think about this for a while.
What truly brings you joy?
What truly brings you happiness?
When you are happy,
How does it feel to see others share in your happiness?
When you wake up each morning,
How do you feel?
What is the general emotional tone of your morning or your day or even your life right now?
And once again,
Don't get caught up in judgment in your answers,
Just acceptance and love of the answers that come to you.
What would you like your days to look like?
What do you really need in your life?
Do you allow yourself any creative time or any time just to think and be still?
What are some of your dreams?
What would be some of the smallest or easiest steps to take towards your dreams?
Your dreams are just so important and you need to give it the true energy that you can through your heart space.
Just sit with these thoughts for just a minute and think about all of these questions and all the answers that have come to you.
Now,
Just take a moment to once again focus on your breathing.
Once again in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And while you're breathing,
You're just letting go of your thoughts,
All your feelings and at least any judgment at all that you may have about yourself or any of your questions.
Just let go of your answers and just be still for a minute.
Now just take this special time to close this meditation with an intention,
One that you'll carry with you for the rest of the day and maybe journal for a few minutes about some of your answers to the questions,
Maybe some of the questions that the questions brought up in your mind,
But just right with no judgment,
Just acceptance.
And just know that you are safe.
You are supported and you're also loved by the universe.
