I'm glad you're here taking a few minutes for this chakra practice.
This practice is infused with Reiki energy.
You may allow and receive only what you need and want in this moment.
Today the focus is on.
The sacral chakra.
Practicing creativity,
Feeling emotions,
And noticing pleasure.
The sacral chakra is associated with emotional flow,
Creative expression,
Healthy relationships,
And the ability to experience joy.
Let's begin by taking a few moments to settle into the present moment and reconnect with your body.
Find a comfortable position.
Allowing your body to be supported.
If it feels right,
Gently close your eyes or simply soften your gaze.
Without changing anything just yet.
Notice your natural breath.
Observe the gentle rhythm of each inhale and each exhale.
There is nothing you need to force or fix.
Simply notice that your breath is here supporting you.
Now begin to deepen your breathing.
Take a slow,
Steady breath in through your nose.
Allowing your lungs to expand comfortably.
And gently exhale through your mouth.
Releasing any tension you are carrying.
Again,
Inhale slowly.
Filling your lungs from the bottom to the top.
And exhale completely,
Letting your shoulders soften and your jaw relax.
Continue breathing at your own comfortable pace.
With each inhale,
Imagine drawing in calm,
Steady energy.
With each exhale,
Allow stress,
Distraction and busyness to melt away.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest.
The gentle movement of your abdomen.
In the simple,
Comforting rhythm of your breath.
As your breathing slows,
Notice the places where your body makes contact with the surface beneath you.
Feel yourself supported.
Feel yourself present.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
And nothing else you need to do in this moment.
With every breath,
Allow yourself to become a little more relaxed.
A little more grounded.
And a little more connected to yourself.
Take one final deep breath in.
And slowly let it go.
Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Next,
We will begin to notice and relax the body.
Bring to mind a healing,
Relaxing color.
Whatever comes to you.
Imagine there is a ray of this colored light coming down from the universe.
And starting at the top of your head.
Is scanning your body.
It is like a wave passing through every molecule of you.
See this wave of light scanning the top of your head.
It is passing down through each section of your brain.
Past your forehead.
Eyes,
Nose and ears.
With each section it passes,
You notice how this spot feels.
And allow it to relax even the smallest amount more.
Continue breathing in and out.
The wave is scanning down past your mouth.
Ciao.
The back of your neck.
Your throat.
Bringing your attention to each of these spots.
Just noticing any extra tension or stickiness.
The wave leaves behind calm and softness.
It passes your shoulders,
Your collarbones and shoulder blades,
Your chest.
Down your body.
Past your heart and lungs.
Meet back passing through your liver,
Kidneys,
All your internal organs.
Deep breath in.
And full breath out.
The wave moves through your stomach.
Down your pelvis,
Your hips.
Feel it passing through your thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
And shins.
You notice your ankles,
Heels,
Feet and toes.
A wave of healing light.
Passes through down into the earth.
Leaving behind calm and relaxation in your whole body.
Continue with your breathing.
In this relaxed state.
Gently bring your awareness to your sacral chakra.
Located in your lower abdomen,
Just below your navel.
Notice how this area feels in this moment.
You may become aware of a gentle warmth.
A subtle pulsing.
A feeling of openness or perhaps a sense of tension or stillness.
Whatever you experience is perfectly okay.
Simply observe it with curiosity and without judgment.
In your mind's eye,
Your imagination,
Start to see,
Sense or know the soft mist of the color orange centered in the sacral area.
It is a swirling,
Vibrant glow of orange representing your sacral chakra.
Breathing in.
And out.
From the orb of soft swirling orange energy.
See an orange lily gently emerging.
The lily moves from your sacral center.
To the space in front of you.
See it growing so you can clearly see it.
It is still connecting to your sacral chakra with the stream of orange glowing energy.
See this orange lily and an orb of glowing orange light in front of you.
From the universe above.
A silver stream of Reiki energy,
Universal life force,
Flows down and surrounds the lily.
The lily is growing bright and the orange grows more vibrant.
The glow of orange energy around the lily brightens and expands.
As source energy flows in.
Continue with your breath.
Watch the radiant lily begin to move.
It starts to gracefully circle around you.
You feel the vibrant,
Uplifting energy of the lily as it flows through your energy field.
Stimulating and enlivening you.
You may see your energy field as a warm aura around your body,
A swirl of sparkling particles or gentle ripples of energy.
Whatever feels natural for you.
It may simply be a feeling,
And that is perfect.
As the orange lily moves around you,
Your energy becomes more vibrant.
You feel a sense of flow,
Creativity and joy expanding within you.
The lily completes its circle and returns to the center of you.
Take another deep breath in.
And full breath out.
Feeling the warmth of this sacral chakra,
Orange lily,
Infusing your whole being.
As you continue breathing,
The lily gently settles back into your sacral chakra.
Just below your navel.
It softens and becomes smaller,
Leaving behind a brilliant orange glow.
And a renewed sense of emotional flow,
Creativity and pleasure.
Breathing in and out.
Allow this beautiful infusion of source energy to integrate fully.
Filling your energy field and sacral chakra with divine love and light.
Along with a sense of creative flow,
Emotional balance and joy.
Take a few more breaths.
As you settle back into this space.
Deep breath in.
And long breath out.
Breathing in.
And out.
In And down.
Begin rolling your shoulders.
Wiggling your fingers and toes.
Continue breathing.
Whatever you experience today.
Let that be enough.
Slowly open your eyes.
Take your time coming back.
And be gentle with yourself as you move forward.
