Welcome,
I'm glad you're here.
Let's take some time to gently release any emotions that feel stuck.
Take a moment to get comfortable and begin to bring awareness to your breath,
Soft and steady.
Breathing in and out,
Take a deep breath in through your nose and a longer breath out of your mouth,
In and out.
On your next breath,
Let's breathe in through the nose and on the exhale,
Try to soften your shoulders just a little.
Now,
Let some of that tension go.
On the next exhale,
Let's loosen our belly.
You don't need to be holding anything for this moment.
Breathing in and on the out,
Let your body sink into the surface you rest on.
Just let your muscles melt.
If you haven't already,
Let your eyes softly close and imagine above you a gentle rain beginning to fall.
The rain is not cold or heavy,
It is a soft,
Steady,
Calming rain.
The rain moves slowly down.
It touches the top of your head and flows over and through you.
Feel the rain on your face.
Feel the sensation of it flowing through your head and over your shoulders.
As it moves through you,
It is washing away anything that feels heavy.
There is no forcing.
Just allow what's ready to move to be carried on this gentle current.
You don't need to name the burden.
Could be stress,
Emotion,
Tension.
Whatever it is,
You may release it.
Rain continues flowing through your body.
It's washing through your chest,
Your stomach.
Feel the rain flowing down your arms.
You feel space being created as the rain moves through your body.
If there is a place that feels stuck,
That's okay.
There is no need to rush.
The rain will continue,
Steady and patient.
The rain flows down your back and through your hips.
You feel the rain flowing through your legs,
Continuing to move all the way down through your feet.
The raindrops carry the loosened emotions,
The released tension,
The stress that is picked up along the way.
It is carried all the way out of your body and down into the earth.
All that is carried out is moved back into source,
To be renewed into light.
For a few moments,
Just let the rain move through you.
Gradually,
The rain begins to slow.
It's light and soft.
The rain quietly fades away,
Leaving behind a sense of calm and quiet.
Take a deep breath in,
And a slow breath out.
Gently open your eyes,
And whatever you experienced today,
Let that be enough.
Take your time coming back,
And be gentle with yourself as you move forward.
