You can sit or lie down.
Get cozy and begin to settle your attention on your breath.
Just notice your breath.
No need to make changes.
Just pay attention to how the air feels entering your nostrils.
The movement of your chest and belly when you inhale and exhale.
Breathing in and out.
On your next breath,
Try to deepen the inhale.
And lengthen the exhale.
Allow the belly to expand on the in.
And contract on the out.
Take three more breaths just like this.
If you haven't already.
Close your eyes as you make your final adjustments to get settled in.
Continue breathing.
In a natural rhythm.
Now become aware of your body.
Feel the surface you are sitting or lying on under your body.
Your wage on the surface.
And the surface pressure in response.
Notice the weight of your head resting back.
Allowing your neck to relax.
Letting go of the effort.
Feeling your chest expand and relax with each breath.
Noticing where your heart is located in your chest.
Move your attention down into your belly.
Feel the movements of your breath.
Take your focus to the center of you.
Your core.
You may sense your energetic center in this area.
Award.
A feeling of light.
Feeling your hips.
The root of you,
A stable base.
Sense the position of your legs and feet.
Allowing them to fully relax in this moment.
Feel your whole body melt just a little more into relaxation as you breathe in.
And out.
Notice the sense of your body in space.
Feel the air your body displaces.
Notice the sensations in and around your body as you focus your attention on just this space.
Notice the warmth.
The tingling.
The complete silence.
The buzzing.
Just notice what is without judgment or concern.
On your next breath in.
Breathe deeply.
And when you exhale,
Allow this body to expand.
You might imagine,
Sense or feel.
The body loosening.
Growing.
Feeling like a cloud.
Like particles moving away from the center.
Seeing it as a flowing gas gently floating away from the center of you.
On your next breath,
Allow even more expansion.
Feel the essence of your body unclenching,
Opening in this space.
Maybe you feel tension loosening as you picture the expansion.
The ethereal cloud growing even more.
On each breath in and out.
Allow your body to expand even more.
The energy of you deliberately fills the room you are in.
On your next breath.
You fill your house.
You continue relaxing into this openness.
As you expand beyond your house and join the sky.
Allowing whatever sensations,
Thoughts,
And feelings come and go.
Feeling yourself growing as far as you want.
The freedom to take up space.
To let your body open.
Continue breathing here as you hold this state of being.
Stay here for a few moments.
When you feel completely relaxed and open.
Take another breath.
Picture the essence of you coming back from the furthest spaces it has reached.
Allow the gentle return of your energy.
Your intention being to let your energy settle in its natural field.
We don't need it clamped down deep inside with no chance for flow and openness.
Allow the particles,
The glow.
Your energy to settle once again.

Notice your body in its space.
Feel your feet and legs.
Take some small movements as you come back.
Notice your hips.
Take your attention to your belly,
Your core.
Just sense your chest,
Your heart.
Feel your throat as you breathe in and out.
And notice the weight of your head resting.
Allow your arms and hands to move a little.
Notice the presence of you and your body in this space,
In this moment.
Take one more deep breath.
