This short guided practice is intended to aid us in reflecting upon our day in a positive way. The focus is on taking in joy and gratitude into our heartspace, and listening for the answers that come from it. We begin by opening up this heartspace using our breath, then slowly reflecting upon 10 Key Questions, such as: What I'm grateful for, What I learned today & What I love about myself, and lastly how we can put good energy into ourselves, others and the world.
