This gentle distance Reiki practice is for moments when you feel stressed, emotionally heavy, anxious, drained, or tense in the body or when you simply need a pause to reconnect with yourself. You’re invited to sit or lie down comfortably and allow yourself to rest. Reiki is offered with the intention of supporting harmony for your mind, body, and spirit. Simply soften and be open in whatever way feels right for you. You may notice warmth, tingling, emotion, peace, lightness, sleepiness, deep relaxation or perhaps very little at all. Every experience is valid, and each journey is unique. You’re welcome to return to this session anytime you feel called to reset, restore, and receive support.
