This is a short loving-kindness practice for ourselves and others. In this offering, we first welcome all parts of ourselves just as we are then gently shifting into phrases of loving-kindness. We end with offering phrases to those whom we care for followed by those whom we may have difficulties with. The benefits of this practice are grounding, acceptance, loving-kindness, and healing.
