So I invite you to have a pause together after a morning that might have been hectic,

Confusing,

Overwhelming,

With many changes happening from one of the night to today,

And let's have a connection with the incense.

If you have any incense in your place,

I invite you to light it up and sit before it,

Or you can use this clip in order to provide to you a sense of having some incense in your flat.

As an instance of sandal,

Sandal called in the Ayurveda teaching is the element of feeling grounded.

So let's have your posture,

Your seat,

Over your pillow,

Your chair,

On the floor,

On the earth,

Connecting with your body,

Sensing the gravity in the way your body is there in the moment,

In the place where you are now,

And connecting with your breathing.

Try to feel the air coming into your nostril,

Going down to your throat,

And out through your mouth.

You might have some incense coming through again,

The real incense before you,

So smelling the part of the incense coming to your nostril,

Reaching down to your throat,

Your chest.

You need to embody the part and the smell of the incense.

Allow yourself to savor in this moment,

And feeling the scent,

The smell,

The flavor,

Reaching down to your leg,

To your knees,

Down to your feet.

I invite you to slightly open your eyes,

If it's already closed,

And using the sense of the sight to look at the incense,

The waves in which the incense now is dancing.

And just like that,

The movement of this looking like smoke,

A very partly smoke with some flavor,

Going to the left,

To the right,

Going up and down,

Circulating,

Dancing.

And just observe how it is for you to stay connected with this chaotic movement,

But anyhow beautiful.

And it will sound intense to connect with that,

To stay with that.

And just observe,

Be curious,

How it is for me to stay with this movement I was provided to myself.

Should I be grateful for being with this incense now?

And let's see how the incense in the dance is embracing you,

Coming to your face,

Going over your head,

Changing direction,

Spinning up and running down,

And feeling really a sense of maybe jolly coming to you,

Curiosity,

Just connection,

Just the way of saying,

Yeah,

I'm here.
