Ease into the flow.

Take in a nice deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And again a nice deep breath in through your nose,

Really expanding your belly and out through your mouth with a loud sigh.

And one more time a big deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Really allowing all of your overwhelm and stress to exit your body.

Now return your breath to its natural rhythm.

Allow your thoughts to come and go like waves in the ocean.

I now want you to visualise yourself standing in a place that makes you feel relaxed and calm.

It could be the beach,

It could be a forest or you could be standing by a creek.

Whatever comes up for you is perfect.

Breathe deeply and fully while you come to this place.

Really allow yourself to be in this place.

Listen to the noises that surround you here.

The sensations that you feel on your skin.

The emotions that rise up while you are here in your special place.

I will allow you to be quietly in your place for a couple of minutes.

Thank you for listening.
