This is a guided visualisation exercise that helps you open your heart to new ideas. It's a great exercise for centering yourself and for building patience, empathy, and even connection while in isolation.

Welcome to Wonder Ball.

How are you doing?

This is day 25 of our mindfulness in isolation course.

Today we're going to do a visualization.

Get yourself comfortable and then focus in on the center of your chest and imagine in the place of your heart there is a flower closed tight into a bud.

Now try to imagine that you're breathing directly in and out of your heart.

Imagine that your breath is a bright golden light shining in on the flower in your chest.

Each time you breathe the flower opens a bit.

Like a time-lapse video the flowers opening bit by bit as the warm golden light shines in.

You might feel a warm feeling in your chest as you try this.

It's nice right?

I'm gonna leave you with some music to keep going.

Keep breathing in that golden light and keep imagining the flower opening wider and wider in your chest.

One day at a time.

Thanks for being here.
