This is a morning meditation.
It's wonderful that you want to start out this fresh new day with me.
Be sure to sit or lie comfortably.
Take a deep breath,
Hold your breath,
And breathe out slowly while closing your eyes.
Take another deep breath of fresh air,
Hold your breath,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
And inhale again deeply all of the energetic air surrounding you.
Slowly exhale all of the used energy from your lungs out of your mouth.
Now you can continue to breathe normally at your own pace,
And with every breath,
New oxygen enriched air fills up your lungs.
This process happens all by itself,
All while you are listening to me.
And now imagine that you are sitting in a meadow that is near a beach,
And you're listening to the peaceful sound of the ocean,
The birds,
And the waves.
Let everything go,
Everything that is bothering you.
Maybe you're still thinking about a dream you had last night,
Or you're thinking of your to-do list for today.
As long as you listen to my voice,
Let go of everything and stay in this moment,
In the here and now.
Feel inside yourself,
And welcome this new day in its full glory.
Imagine you can sprout roots into the ground like a tree.
You feel deeply connected and one with the earth.
Imagine that the earth is giving you its power through your new roots.
You can feel a slight tingling sensation in your feet.
The positive,
Calm energy flows upward and fills your body,
Your mind,
And your whole being.
Say thank you to your body for caring,
Sheltering,
And protecting you until this very day.
Direct your full awareness to your heart.
Place your right hand on your heart.
Can you feel it beating?
Say thank you to your heart.
It always beats so reliably for you,
And makes sure that you stay alive.
Feel a wave of gratitude spreading from your hand into your whole body for that.
This feeling washes you clean of negative and dark energy.
At the same time,
Your body is still filling up on more and more of the positive energy coming from the earth,
And it is spreading throughout your whole body.
Draw your attention to the day that lies ahead of you,
And if you are in the mood,
You can repeat the following affirmations to yourself.
I put myself first because only if I love myself unconditionally,
I can love others.
I don't have to push anyone to love me by doing things that are just to please others.
It is not necessary.
I prefer to replace my pride with dignity,
And to concentrate not on problems,
But on the solutions.
I recognize all the positive intentions,
Not only in my own actions,
But also in those of others.

I have compassion for myself and others,
Even when mistakes are made.

And feel the deep confidence that everything will be fine.
It is now time to return to everyday life.
Receive your surroundings,
And if you're not sitting or standing,
Straighten up now at your own pace.
Extend your arms on both sides of your body with your palms facing upwards.
Stretch your arms completely into your fingertips.
Take a deep breath,
And at the same time,
Raise your arms until your hands touch above your head like you are clapping.
Fill yourself with new energy and strength.
And as you exhale,
Lower your straightened arms with your palms facing downwards.
Take one last deep breath while raising your arms again.
Fill yourself with new,
Fresh energy,
Joy,
And motivation that will accompany you throughout the day.
