Evolving Through Love

I am glad you are here. This is a meditation designed to guide you to connect with the feeling of love and to surrender to its healing frequency. As you do so, you are shifting timelines. Your body heals and the reality within you and around you shifts into higher frequencies.

Hello and welcome. This is Clea and I'm so glad that you're here. This is a guided meditation of surrendering to love and evolving and growing through love. Let's begin with making yourself comfortable. Either lay down or sit in a comfortable place. Gently close your beautiful eyes and give yourself permission to relax. Take a deep breath through your nose, To your chest, To your belly, And exhale. Allowing yourself to relax into this moment. Take another deep breath, Feeling the relaxation and the love. And as you exhale, Relax in further into this moment. Notice your body becoming heavier and sinking further into the place where you are staying. Notice the relaxation growing more and more into your body. Bringing your awareness to your breath. Notice the rhythm of your breath and visualize a beautiful ball of light right in the middle of your chest. You can put your hand in the middle of your chest or you can visualize that you're doing so. Bringing more awareness into the center of your heart and feeling it expanding with each in-breath and out-breath. Noticing that beautiful light shining brighter, Radiating even more love and divinity into this world. Notice your body relaxing as you surrender further into this moment. The light of your heart expanding more and more. What are the feelings that are coming up? What are the sensations that you're noticing? Is it joy, Excitement, Surrender or is that an uncomfortable feeling that you have been caring for so long, Like guilt or shame? It is coming up now so you can surrender it to this divine love and it can be alchemized. Visualize that feeling or sensation or memory or emotion being carried by this light. Notice the relief. Notice the beauty of this moment. Whatever you're feeling right now is valid and it's coming up to bring forth its wisdom and to be alchemized. Surrender it to this divine force of love, Unconditional love, Pure love. Notice your breathing. Notice the rhythm of your breath. We are never thinking about our next breath and yet the divine has given enough breaths and is taking care of it without us even thinking because we have faith that everything will work out in a way that we have enough breaths for as long as we need them if we can carry the same faith and trust about the things that we are going through and growing through, Knowing in our hearts that this divine force, This pure love from our hearts will take care of everything that we are worrying and everything will find its way into resolution and everything is working out for the best of all. We are safe and we are protected. We are the center of love and we are surrounded by love. Breathe into this knowing and give yourself permission to surrender even more to the creative force of your heart and soul and to the divine oneness, To this interconnection that makes it possible that every change we experience within us is reflected on the outside world. As we connect further with our purpose, With our calling, Everything falls in its place and we are moving further into the direction of our authenticity and greater good. Feel that love in your heart expanding more and more. Notice your body reacting to this feeling. Notice your body growing and expanding into this love. This love expands more and more as you can now fully surrender into its beauty, Into its safety and growth and evolution through love. Remember this feeling, Carry it with you throughout the day and you can come back to it every time you need to. And when you're ready, You can open up your eyes as a new person in a new world evolved through love. Thank you so much for being here.
