Hello infinite beings and welcome in this guided meditation.

This is Claire,

Your guide.

In the following moments we will be diving into a breathing meditation,

A practice that has great benefits when it comes to awareness and improving concentration.

This meditation is good especially for people who tend to overthink a lot or who have anxious tendencies.

Our goal for the following moments is to focus our attention into our breathing and feel,

As we breathe,

Feel the difference that each breath makes in our body and how our body is rejuvenated and relaxed and healed with each breath.

We begin with putting an intention for this time and energy that we are going to invest in the future moments.

For example,

I want to give this time to myself,

To connecting with myself,

I want to invest this time and energy in healing,

So put an intention and all of your energy know that it is fueling,

It is feeding,

It is bringing to life that intention that you are putting for this meditation.

So let's begin.

Sit or lay down in a comfortable position and whenever you're ready,

Close your eyes and connect to your breath.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

Visualize the breath bringing you positive light into your body and with each breath this positive energy,

This light gets to be shared in more and more cells of your body,

Bringing healing and charging them with high frequencies with positive energy.

And as you dive deeper into this meditation,

Keep focusing in your breath.

Visualize how it would feel if you would be one with the environment.

Embody that feeling,

That deep sense of harmony that you have with just being,

With just existing and letting everyone and everything around you just be.

What are some noises that you may be hearing right now?

Give them permission to just be there and to co-exist in this state of deep harmony,

Harmony with yourself and harmony with everything and everyone around you.

Giving yourself and others permission to just be.

Inhaling,

Bringing in that good energy,

Exhaling.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

Feel your whole body with positive light,

With high frequencies and exhaling,

Letting your body relax and go deeper and deeper into this state of relaxation.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

Visualize some love,

Pure light,

Pure white light that is the divine love from your heart expanding into every cell of your body,

Into every one of your cells,

Giving yourself unconditional love and connecting to the divine,

Connecting and embracing this unconditional love.

Deep inhale and feeling this love expand and expand and expand and every cell of your body is now charged with this beautiful divine love.

Embracing and embodying this positive energy now.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

Embodying this new and empowered energetic field that is surrounding you.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

You can stay into this state of being as long as you like and whenever you are ready,

Know that you are bringing this love,

This high energy,

This positive vibration into your everyday life.

As you become now a new person,

Everything around you changes to be in alignment with this new frequency that you are embodying.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

Another deep breath in and out.

And whenever you are ready,

You can gently open your eyes as a new person in a new world.
