Kirsten is a lifelong yoga student, yoga teacher and meditation facilitator based in Los Angeles, California. She became a yoga teacher in 2017 with the intention of sharing this practice with communities that have historically had little exposure and access to this practice. She co-created an organization called Black to Yoga which aims to make yoga, meditation and mindfulness to Black people of the African diaspora and currently leads meditations for in a variety of settings.
