Make sure that you're comfortable,

So you can really relax,

Feel if your position you're in right now is the best for you to relax,

And if not just adjust it a little,

Or if you feel later on that you want to change your position,

Just always feel free to do so.

I would really love for you to relax during this meditation,

And let's start by taking a deep breath in,

And when you breathe out you feel stress and tension flow out of your body.

You take another deep breath in,

And when you breathe out you feel even more stress and tension leaving your body,

Just flowing away.

Let's do that one more time,

A deep breath in,

And slowly breathe out.

Can you imagine that you are walking outside in nature,

You're following a beautiful path,

Around you you see plants and trees,

You see birds flying,

You see butterflies,

You see flowers with bees,

And just keep walking very slowly,

Very peacefully,

Feeling your feet touch the ground with every step you take,

And feel how with every step you take you feel more connected to the earth,

More grounded.

You feel that soft earth beneath your feet,

And you smell that lovely scent of nature,

The trees and the plants surrounding you,

And the flowers.

It's time for you to really relax,

Just stop thinking about your to-do list,

Or your grocery list,

Or maybe you have to do something later today,

Or tomorrow,

Maybe you did something.

All these things can occupy our mind,

And make us forget that it's also okay to do nothing sometimes,

To try to think of nothing,

And I know that thoughts will always be there in our head,

Because I don't know,

We have 50.

000 to 60.

000 thoughts a day,

Something like that.

So it may seem almost impossible to have no thoughts,

But it's okay to not let your thoughts take control.

Just imagine your thoughts turning into clouds,

And then see how the wind blows them away,

Flowing away in the air.

And just like clouds,

Your thoughts are not here to stay,

You don't have to give every thought attention,

So just see them pass by,

And observe them without judgement.

They're here,

And that's okay,

That's totally okay.

Breathe deeply and slowly,

You're still walking in nature,

In your path,

Surrounded by plants,

Trees,

Flowers,

Birds,

Bees,

Butterflies.

And then you arrive at a little lake,

And you feel how the wind blows over the water and brings you fresh energy,

And as this wind touches your energy,

It blows away any negative energy that was maybe surrounding you.

Anything that you picked up from others,

From places you've been to,

Whatever it is,

Any heaviness,

Any negativity,

Is being blown away by this wind that's coming to you from over the water,

Bringing freshness of the water.

And then in the water you see a little boat.

In the boat are pillows,

Cushions,

Blankets,

And it looks so inviting that you decide to go and lie in the boat,

And when you do so you feel that it's super comfortable with all the blankets and the pillows and the cushions,

And you make yourself as comfortable as you want to and as you can,

And you take maybe some blankets to put over you,

And it makes you feel safe,

Maybe you feel held,

Maybe you feel loved,

And you know you are so worthy of feeling loved and held and safe,

Just by being you,

You are worthy of that,

Always.

And as you're lying in the boat,

In all these cushions and pillows and blankets,

You feel the boat gently rocking on the water.

Just tiny waves are rocking this little boat,

And you feel how it relaxes you even more.

Your mind calms down a little more,

Your breathing slows down a little more,

And you relax more and more with every breath you take.

And I would like to invite you to enjoy this for a moment,

To really enjoy this relaxing rocking in this boat,

This little boat on this small lake here in nature outside,

In the sunshine,

With the freshness of the wind,

Allowing your body to relax more and more.

You deserve to relax,

And your body is longing for relaxation more than you think.

Just breathe,

And just be,

And feel how the little boat keeps rocking.

Keep breathing deeply and slowly,

And feel how your body sinks deeper and deeper into this relaxation.

Maybe you become a little sleepy,

And that's okay.

Maybe you're starting to yawn,

That's also okay.

And yawning means you're releasing,

So as you relax,

You're releasing stress and tension,

And who knows what else.

Breathe deeply and slowly,

And then you feel that it's time to get up out of that little boat again.

First you sit,

And when you feel ready,

You get up out of the boat,

Safely standing on the land again,

Getting your feet on the ground.

And then you start to walk again,

Slowly,

Feeling your feet touch the ground with every step that you take.

You see the plants,

The trees,

The flowers,

The birds,

The bees,

The butterflies.

You smell that lovely scent of everything around you,

The trees,

And the flowers,

And the plants.

You feel the sunshine shining on your face,

You feel the warmth of the sunshine.

You feel the soft ground beneath your feet,

And then it's time to slowly come back to the here and now,

Or if you want to,

You can stay in this relaxing state.

And otherwise,

You start to move with your hands and your feet.

Maybe you would like to stretch your whole body,

And when you feel ready,

You can open your eyes.
