Make sure that you're comfortable.
Maybe you want to lie down.
Maybe you want to sit down.
It's all okay.
Just make sure that you can really relax and feel how your body is touching your bed,
Your sofa or your chair.
And feel how you are being supported,
How you are being carried by your bed,
Your sofa,
Your chair and also carried by the earth,
Supported by the earth.
And now you focus on your breathing.
Just observe how the air flows in and out of your body.
Observing without judgment,
Noticing how you are breathing.
Are you breathing quickly or slowly?
Are you breathing high in your chest or all the way to your belly?
And notice how the air that you breathe in is colder than the air that you breathe out.
And if you notice that you are breathing a little quickly or that your breath stays high up in your chest,
You can place your hand or both hands on your belly to help you breathe deeper into your belly and to slow down your breathing.
Breathe deeply and slowly and feel how your body relaxes a little more with every breath you take.
And then you imagine that you are walking in the mountains,
In the snowy mountains.
As you walk there you feel your feet touch the ground with every step you take.
You breathe in the fresh mountain air and you feel how refreshing that feels to breathe this air around you.
So you see amazing nature,
Amazing mountains.
And with that snow it just looks so gorgeous and so magical.
You are wearing warm clothes so you are not cold.
But you feel the cold in your face.
You feel that cool air as you breathe it in.
And as you walk you feel that feeling of your feet walking in the snow and you hear that snispery sound of the snow as you walk.
And the sun is shining and you feel the sunshine on your face.
And just walk very slowly.
Try to slow down a little more.
You have nowhere to go.
You don't need to hurry.
So slow down as much as you can.
And keep breathing deeply and slowly.
Feel how with every breath and every step you take you relax a little more.
Your body relaxes and your mind starts to slow down.
And if you still feel that your mind is busy with thoughts,
You can imagine them turning into clouds.
And just passing by like clouds on a windy day.
Just as the clouds,
They are not here to stay.
Your thoughts are not here to stay and you don't have to give every thought attention.
You can acknowledge them and just see them pass by.
And if there is something that you are worrying about,
Something that you can't keep thinking about,
Imagine it turning into a cloud as well for now.
Things won't change if you keep thinking about it.
So give yourself a moment of peace,
A moment of calm,
Focusing on something else for a moment.
Focusing on your feet,
Touching the ground,
Walking in the snow,
In these snowy mountains.
Focusing on your breathing,
Feeling your belly move up and down as you breathe.
And see if you can slow down a little more,
Walking even slower.
And maybe it feels a little weird to walk this slowly,
But that's okay.
You're not used to it,
But your body is thankful that you are slowing down.
And breathe deeply and slowly.
And then there's this place with an amazing view and you stand still for a moment to enjoy the view.
You feel your feet firmly on the ground,
You feel the sun shining on you.
And you breathe in that fresh mountain air.
And just look at this amazing view.
Look at the valleys,
The mountains,
The nature,
Whatever it is that you are looking at,
Whatever it is that you see in your view,
Just take in that view,
Enjoy it.
Be here in this moment and just breathe.
Feel your feet firmly on the ground,
Connecting you with Mother Earth.
Feel the sunshine,
Feel that fresh air.
And as you stand there,
You start to be a little cold,
It's a little chilly.
And you turn around and you start walking again and you see a lovely cabin.
You walk towards the cabin and then you see that it has your name on it.
There's a little message on the door of the cabin and it has your name on it as well.
And it says,
Be welcome,
I am here for you,
Please enter.
You enter the cabin,
It's so cozy and warm inside.
You see a sofa with blankets and cushions.
You see a fireplace with a warming fire.
And this cabin is exactly what you like.
You look around and it's as if you decorated this yourself,
Or if someone decorated this especially for you.
But this cabin is here for you.
This is your cabin,
This is your safe place.
And I'd like to invite you to go to that sofa,
If you haven't already,
And to sit or lie down on that sofa.
And you make yourself comfortable with all the cushions and the blankets.
You breathe deeply and slowly and then you see a different blanket.
You see that it's a magical blanket.
You put that magical blanket around you.
And as you do so,
You feel a tingling sensation,
A flow of energy flow through your body.
You feel that it brings a feeling of relief.
You breathe slowly,
Feeling your belly move up and down as you breathe.
And you feel that amazing,
Magical energy of that blanket,
Of that magical blanket that is wrapped around you.
And it makes you feel held and it makes you feel safe.
And it helps you to feel even more relaxed in this cabin,
In the snowy mountains,
Warmed by the fire.
This safe place with this magical blanket around you.
And this magical blanket is taking away any feelings of overwhelm,
Clearing and cleansing your energy from all the energies that you picked up today or last week or last month or much longer ago.
Anything that you picked up and that was making your energy feel heavy,
Maybe negative.
As you sit here on this sofa,
Or maybe you are lying on this sofa in this cozy cabin,
You release whatever it is that you were carrying with you in your energy and that wasn't serving you.
Any heaviness you are letting go of.
And the blanket has amazing energy and magical sparkles.
Any worries that you might have about loved ones,
About pets,
About events,
About things to come or things that have passed,
Is where you start to feel a little lighter.
This magical energy is clearing and cleansing your energy from all heaviness.
And it's helping you to feel a little more trust,
A little less worry.
And as it keeps clearing and cleansing your energy,
Your energy feels lighter and lighter.
There is more and more space for positive energy,
For healing energy,
For calm and relaxation and for positive thoughts about yourself,
About your loved ones,
About events or about your pets.
If you are worrying about someone or about a pet,
Then imagine them in a bright light.
Imagine them in perfect health.
Imagine them being happy.
This magical blanket is still clearing and cleansing your energy with magical sparkles,
Magical healing energy.
Maybe some things are a little stubborn,
Not wanting to let go.
But this blanket is taking care of it,
Making sure that it will let go.
Helping you to release whatever it is that you need to release today.
Whatever was holding you back from being you.
Sometimes we carry things with us that are not ours.
And they can sometimes change how we feel and act.
It's important to release that,
To let these things go.
So you can be in your own energy.
So you can feel calm and feel your own emotions.
So you can really feel like yourself.
Like the you,
The amazing you that you are.
Breathe deeply and slowly.
And feel how your energy becomes lighter and lighter as you let go of all heaviness.
Feel the magical blanket around you.
Feel the comfy sofa beneath you.
And feel how you feel more and more relaxed.
And this magical blanket,
With that magical energy and the sparkles,
Is helping you to feel a positive energy.
You feel a positive energy flow through your body.
Feeling your body,
Feeling your mind.
It's a little bit of sunshine shining in you.
Shining a positive light on things,
On situations.
And on the way that you look at yourself.
So you can have nice thoughts about yourself.
So you can feel a little more self-love.
So you can talk to yourself with kindness,
With love and respect.
So you can talk to yourself the way you would to a friend.
Because you deserve nice words,
Loving words.
You deserve love,
Kindness,
Also from yourself.
So decide that from now on you will be kind to yourself.
Talk to yourself with love and respect and beautiful words.
That you will encourage yourself.
And that you will support yourself,
No matter what.
And you don't have to be perfect to be amazing.
You are amazing as you are,
Always have been and always will.
And you take a deep breath in and you slowly breathe out.
And then it's time to get up from that comfy sofa.
To go outside again,
Walking in the snowy mountains.
You are not cold anymore.
You've let go of so much heaviness in your energy.
But you feel warm inside,
Warm and calm and light.
You feel how your feet walk in the snow.
You feel the fresh mountain air in your lungs.
And the sunshine on your face.
Walk very slowly and then check in with yourself for a moment.
How are you feeling?
Do you notice a difference with when you started this meditation?
And whatever it is that you are feeling,
It's okay.
And if you don't know,
That's also okay.
Just accept what is in this moment.
So your feet touch the ground.
Feel the freshness of that mountain air.
And take that freshness and that fresh energy with you.
As you slowly come back to the here and now.
To the place where you are lying or sitting.
Listening to my voice and the chimes.
Slowly you start moving a little.
With your hands and your feet.
Maybe stretching your whole body.
Feel what your body needs.
And take your time to slowly come back.
And when you are ready,
You open your eyes.
