Letting go with the wind meditation.
Sit or lie down and close your eyes.
Make sure that you're comfortable.
Then you go with your attention to your breath.
Just observe how your breath is in this moment.
If you feel that it's still a little high,
You can place a hand on your belly to help your breath get deeper.
When you're lying or sitting like this,
You feel that you become calmer and more and more relaxed.
Breathe deeply and slowly,
Feeling more and more relaxed.
Now imagine that you're walking on the beach.
You feel the wind blowing through your hair and you feel your feet in the sand.
Step by step you feel that you become more grounded,
More and more connected to the earth.
You become calmer and calmer,
Feeling more and more relaxed.
With your feet in the sand,
The sand tickling between your toes,
You smell the salty air of the sea.
The sound of the sea is so relaxing.
Now you feel the wind again,
Touching your face,
Blowing through your hair.
Feeling the wind like this,
You feel that you let go of all your worries.
As you feel the wind blowing,
You feel your worries leaving you,
Flying away,
As if the wind is taking them from you.
You feel lighter and lighter.
You continue walking and as the wind takes away all your worries,
You keep feeling lighter and lighter,
And happier and happier.
You also let go of all your fears.
You give them to the wind and the wind willingly takes them from you,
Making them magically fly away.
Just keep walking and give anything you want to the wind,
Anything that is holding you back from being happy,
From being full of energy.
Just give it to the wind and the wind will lovingly take it from you,
Magically blowing it away.
Keep breathing deeply and slowly.
Find the wind,
Blow away everything that no longer serves you.
After walking like this for a while,
You notice that you feel really great.
You feel that you have so much more energy now.
Everything that was holding you back from having this much energy,
The wind took from you,
Making you feel lighter,
Happier and full of energy.
You can take this feeling with you during the day so you will feel good and full of energy all day long.
And then,
When you are ready,
You can slowly come back to the here and now,
Back to the place where you are lying or sitting.
Slowly you start moving a little and when you are ready,
You open your eyes.
