Make sure that you're comfortable.
Maybe you want to lie down.
Maybe you want to sit down.
Listen to your body and do what feels right for you in this moment.
And feel how your body is touching your bed,
Your sofa,
Or your chair.
And feel how you are being supported.
Supported by your bed,
Sofa,
Or chair.
But also supported and carried by the earth.
And feel if maybe you would like to change your position just a little.
A small adjustment can make a big difference.
So really feel what your body needs,
What you need.
And then you focus on your breathing.
Just observe how your breath flows in and out of your body.
Observe without judgment.
Observe if you are breathing quickly or slowly.
And if you are breathing towards your belly.
Or maybe your breath stays up in your chest.
And if you notice that you are breathing a little quickly,
Or that your breath flows to your chest and not towards your belly.
That it stays high.
Then you can place your hands on your belly and breathe towards your hands.
This will help you to slow down your breathing and breathe deeper and more into your belly.
Breathe deeply and slowly.
And feel how your body relaxes a little more with every breath you take.
Breathe slowly and deeply.
And allow your body to relax more and more.
And then you imagine that you are walking in the forest,
Surrounded by beautiful trees.
And you feel your feet touch the soft ground of the forest with every step you take.
Really beware of your feet on that soft ground.
Helping you to feel a little more grounded with every step you take.
It's a beautiful day and the sun shines through the leaves and the branches.
And it gives the forest such a magical look.
You feel the warmth of the sunshine on your face.
And you feel a soft breeze gently blowing through your hair,
Touching your skin.
And you smell that earthy scent of the forest,
Of the trees around you,
Of the leaves on the ground.
And walk as slowly as you can.
Really taking this moment to slow down.
We often rush through our days.
But you don't have to rush right now.
You don't have to rush through this forest.
It's time for you to relax and to slow down.
So allow yourself to really slow down as much as you can.
Maybe you feel like you are walking in slow motion.
But that's okay.
It's because you're not used to walking this slowly.
And keep breathing deeply and slowly.
And you feel the calming energy of the trees around you,
The calming energy of this forest,
Helping you to feel calmer and calmer and more and more relaxed with every breath and every step that you take.
Just keep walking,
Really feeling your feet touch that soft ground,
Slowing down a little more,

And then you see a beautiful open space.

Tension.
And the earth is helping you with this,
Working as vacuum cleaner.
And you can imagine stress,
Tension,
Maybe pain,
As a color,
Or a light,
Or a flow of energy flowing down to your feet,
Into the earth.
And don't worry if you are making this stress or tension flow through your body,
Because it's leaving your body,
It's flowing out.
And the earth is helping you to let these things go,
To let go of this stress,
To let go of this tension.
And keep breathing deeply and slowly.
And maybe there is something in particular that you would like to let go of.
Maybe you're stressing about something,
Maybe it's something completely different,
Like feeling anger or frustration.
Whatever it is that you are wanting to let go of,
You can imagine it flowing through your roots into the earth.
And maybe you see it as words.
In whatever way you see,
Feel or experience this,
It's okay,
Because this is your unique magical journey.
Keep breathing deeply and slowly,
So all the stress and tension flows from your body into the earth.
And don't worry about the earth,
Because in the center of the earth it's being transformed into pure positive energy.
So you are not hurting the earth by giving all your stress and tension to it.
And maybe as you stand here with your feet on this soft forest ground,
In the light of the sun,
Giving all this stress and tension to the earth,
You feel that your body is relaxing more and more.
Maybe you can feel your shoulders relax,
Your neck,
Maybe your back or your belly,
Your head.
Wherever you were feeling tension that is now flowing away,
Is relaxing.
And then the earth starts to send up through your roots,
Through your feet,
Through your feet,
Grounding healing energy,
Flowing up through these roots.
Because you've let go of stress and tension,
Maybe other things,
And there is now more space for positive energy,
For healing energy,
Space for more relaxation.
As a beautiful energy,

And this beautiful healing energy of the earth is flowing through your whole body,

The energy around you,
Taking away any negative energy that you were carrying with you,
Energy that you picked up from others or from places you've been to.
Maybe recent energy,
Maybe very old.
This healing magical energy of the earth is clearing and cleansing your energy,
And maybe you see it as a light or sparkles or as color.
This energy is doing its magical work for you,
Clearing and cleansing your energy.
And keep breathing deeply and slowly,
Feeling your feet firmly on the ground,
Standing in the light of the sun.
And as you stand here,
And this amazing energy is surrounding you more and more,
From the sun there are a couple of special rays of sunshine that shine on you,
And they are magical rays of sunshine taking away any cords and links that were connecting you in a not so healthy way.
Any cords and links that were draining your energy,
These special magical rays of sunshine are taking them away.
Maybe they were connecting you to places or people,
But it doesn't matter,
And it doesn't mean that people will disappear from your life.
It just means that the connections will be more positive,
Healthier.
You're surrounded by amazing magical energy,
This grounding healing energy from the earth,
And this magic from the sun helping you to release anything that was connecting you to negativity,
Anything that was anything that was draining your energy,
Anything that maybe was making you feel like not yourself.
And feel your feet firmly on the ground,
And feel that energy flowing up through your roots,
Through your feet.
It's a relaxing energy flowing through your whole body,
Through every cell.
Maybe you are yawning,
And that's a sign that you're letting go,
That you are releasing,
That energy is moving.
Now I'd like you to take a deep breath in,
And then slowly breathe out.

You're standing there in this forest,
In the light of the sun.
And the light of the sun is also clearing and cleansing any last bits of these cords and links,
So that your energy is completely clean from them.
Nothing stays behind,
Everything is gone now.
And this magical energy of the sun and of the earth are flowing together around you.
Different kinds of energy,
Healing energy,
A beautiful,
Powerful combination,
Creating a bubble around you,
A protective bubble of energy,
Protecting you from negative energy.
Not only from others or places,
But also from yourself,
Making it easier to have more positive thoughts about yourself,
Making it easier to trust in life,
In yourself.
It's also protecting you from any negative cords and links.
So the only links that you can make are based on love and positive energy.
And in this bubble you are carrying this magical healing energy with you,
And you are going to take that beautiful energy with you into your day,
Into your nights,
Into your week.
And slowly start walking again,
Really feeling your feet touch that soft ground of the forest,
Smelling the trees around you,
And that earthy scent of the leaves on the ground.
