Golden bubble meditation.
Sit or lie down and close your eyes.
Make sure that you are comfortable.
Then you go with your attention to your breath.
Just observe how your breath is in this moment.
If you feel that it's still a little high,
You can place a hand on your belly to help your breath get deeper.
When you are lying or sitting like this,
You feel that you become calmer and more and more relaxed.
Then imagine that inside of you,
In the middle of your chest,
There is a bright golden light.
This light is so strong and so bright,
And it's shining in you.
Now take a deep breath and imagine this light growing inside of you.
It's still so strong and bright,
But slowly getting bigger and bigger.
Breathe deeply and slowly.
Feel how you are calm and relaxed.
Watch the golden light grow more and more.
It fills your whole chest and then continues to fill the rest of your body.
Your neck and your head,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your belly,
Your back,
Your legs,
Your feet,
And all the way down to your feet.
Your body is now completely filled with this bright golden light.
Now imagine that the light still keeps growing.
It is now also outside of your body,
Still growing and growing.
It's creating a bubble around you,
A magical golden bubble.
The energy of this golden bubble is so high that it's protecting you from any negative energy.
Only positive energy can reach you.
Everything else is pushed away by the bubble.
Any negativity coming your way from whatever direction will not reach you.
It will not have any effect on you.
All positive things do reach you.
Your own positivity and that of others will be amplified by the energy of the bubble,
Making it not only a protection against all negativity,
But also a powerful space filled with love and positivity that will lift you up and give you energy.
Just keep your attention on the bubble for a while,
Bathing in its lovely and loving energy.
This bubble is perfect to start your day with,
But don't worry,
You can create this bubble anytime,
With or without this meditation.
And now,
When you are ready,
You can slowly come back to the here and now.
Back to the place where you are lying or sitting.
Slowly you start moving a little,
And when you are ready,
You open your eyes.
