Take a relaxing walk on the beach under the light of the full moon and let its magical, healing energy fill you. In just 11 minutes, you'll receive gentle yet powerful healing that helps you let go of stress, tension and overwhelm. As the moonlight fills and surrounds you, you relax more and more. The more you let go, the more space you create for new, positive energy to flow through you. Feel lighter, grounded, balanced, and deeply relaxed. This meditation is perfect for energy clearing, letting go, and reconnecting with your inner calm.

Transcript

Sit or lie down and close your eyes.

Make sure that you're comfortable.

Maybe you'd like to change your position just a little bit,

So you can relax even more.

And then you start by focusing on your breathing.

Just observe how your breath is in this moment.

Just feel the air going in and out of your body.

And maybe your breathing is still a little high or rushed,

Then you can place a hand on your belly or both hands to help your breathing get deeper and slower.

Just breathe deeply and slowly,

Allowing your body to relax more and more.

Now imagine that you're walking on the beach.

It's already dark and it's a beautiful evening.

The sky is clear,

You see the stars and you see the full moon.

And you love walking there with your feet in the sand.

And with every step you take,

You feel more grounded and more and more relaxed.

Every time your feet touch the sand,

You feel more grounded,

More connected to the earth.

And walk slowly and peacefully,

Enjoying the stars and the calm sound of the sea.

And keep breathing deeply and slowly,

Slowly walking with your feet in the sand,

Feeling more and more grounded with every step you take.

After walking for a while,

You stand still to watch the stars and the moon.

You feel your feet sink more and more in the sand,

Connecting you more and more to the earth.

And as you stand there in the moonlight,

Under the stars,

With your feet in the sand,

You take a deep breath in.

And when you breathe out,

You let go of all the tension that's in your body.

You take another deep breath in,

And when you breathe out,

You let go even more.

And you relax.

And then,

When you look at the moon,

You notice that she's shining her light directly to you.

A beautiful beam of moonlight is coming from the moon to you,

Touching your head.

Now allow this energy,

This beautiful light of the moon,

To fill you up,

Little by little.

Starting with your head,

Your shoulders,

Your arms and your hands,

Your chest,

Your upper back,

Your belly and your lower back.

Slowly you're being filled more and more with this wonderful healing light of the moon.

And the light is now also filling your hips and your legs,

Slowly going down to your feet,

Until you are completely filled with this wonderful healing light of the moon.

And then it also starts filling up the energy around you.

This beautiful,

Powerful energy of the moon,

This wonderful light of the full moon is now filling your energy around you,

And it's creating a magical bubble around you.

A beautiful bubble filled with light and energy of the full moon.

And keep breathing deeply and slowly,

As you allow this light to create this wonderful bubble around you.

And you feel that this magical light of the moon is making you feel calmer and more and more relaxed.

And this light is also cleansing your energy,

And it's filling you up with positivity and new energy.

Keep breathing deeply and slowly,

As you allow the magic to happen.

And when you and your bubble are completely filled with this energy of the full moon,

You stay there for a little longer,

Breathing deeply and slowly,

Feeling how your feet touch the sand and listening to the sound of the sea.

And now it's time to start walking on the beach again.

And while you're walking there,

With your feet in the sand,

You look at the sky and you thank the moon for this wonderful healing that you just received.

And you keep walking,

Slowly and peacefully,

Enjoying the feeling that this energy gave you,

And that you're still carrying with you,

Enjoying how you feel right now,

Feeling calm and relaxed.

And then it's time to slowly come back to the here and now,

To the place where you're lying or sitting.

And slowly you start moving a little,

With your hands and your feet,

And maybe you'd like to stretch a little.

And then when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Amazing thank you so much I came out to meditate tonight under the full moon and when I was all prepared with my crystals and my ritual plan and candles, I enjoyed the beauty of the full moon in all Her glory, Before the clouds slowly came over. This meditation guided me to see past the clouds and enjoy the beautiful clear night sky, the millions of stars and the perfectly beautiful moon. Much gratitude.
