So make sure that you are really comfortable,
So that you can really relax.
Close your eyes.
And feel how your body is touching your bed or your sofa or your chair.
And feel how it's being supported.
Carried by your bed,
Sofa or chair.
Carried by Mother Earth.
And let's take a deep breath in.
And when you breathe out,
You feel stress and tension flow out of your body.
And let's do that again.
Deep breath in.
And when you breathe out,
You feel stress and tension,
Everything from your day or your week,
You feel it flow away.
And then you focus on your breathing.
Just observe how the air flows in and out of your body.
And just observe how you are breathing in this moment,
Without judgment.
And if you notice that you're breathing high in your chest,
Or maybe a little quickly,
You can place your hand or both hands on your belly to help you slow down your breathing.
And to breathe deeper into your belly.
Breathe deeply and slowly,
And feel how you relax more and more with every breath you take.
And then you imagine that you are walking in the forest.
It is a beautiful day and the sun is shining through the branches and the leaves and it gives the forest such a magical look.
The light looks magical and you feel the sunshine on your skin.
And just walk here very slowly and peacefully,
Enjoying the beautiful trees around you,
Enjoying this moment of calm for yourself.
Feel your feet touch the soft ground and feel how that makes you feel more grounded,
More relaxed.
Keep breathing deeply and slowly and try to see if you can walk a little slower,
Really slowing down.
You have nowhere to go and we always tend to hurry through our days and even when walking slowly we can still sometimes feel a little bit in a hurry.
If you intentionally slow down a little more,
Walking very slowly,
Maybe standing still here and there,
Looking at the trees and whatever else you are seeing in this forest,
Maybe enjoying the sunshine on your skin.
Slowing down like this helps you to really slow down and to relax even more.
And as you walk very slowly,
You feel the soft ground beneath your feet,
You feel the sunshine on your face.
You smell that earthy scent of the forest.
You notice a soft breeze gently blowing through your hair.
It's so calm here in this forest and you feel that your mind starts to slow down and you feel that calm feeling inside of you grow stronger and more present,
Feeling calmer and calmer with every step you take.
And then you notice on the ground something shiny and sparkly and you see that it's a basket with lots of crystals in it.
You can go and hold on to that basket,
Maybe you want to pick it up,
Maybe you just want to touch it.
And when you do so,
You feel a healing energy come from that basket,
From these crystals.
You feel it flow through your body.
And this healing energy is helping you to let go of your day and your week,
Your month,
And just really helping you to let go of any negative energy that you picked up maybe from others or from places you've been to,
From things you've been reading,
Whatever and wherever you picked it up.
It's time to let it go now.
And these crystals are helping you to do just that.
And feel it flow through your body or maybe you see it,
You experience it as a light or a color,
And it's clearing and cleansing your energy,
Letting go of what's no longer serving you,
Letting go of what's not yours.
It's time to release everything that you've been carrying with you that was feeling heavy,
That was weighing you down,
Making your energy feel heavy.
It's all just disappearing,
Making your energy feel lighter and lighter.
Maybe you experience a light feeling inside of you.
And then you look at the crystals again.
You see that there's one crystal that is really drawing your attention.
If you were holding the basket,
You can put it down again and you go take that crystal that is drawing your attention and you hold it in your hand.
You feel the energy of this crystal.
You feel the healing energy from this crystal.
And it feels so strong and you feel a tingling sensation going through your whole body.
That's because this is your crystal.
Feel your feet on the soft ground of the forest.
Feel the sunshine on your face.
And feel the crystal in your hand.
And feel the healing energy of this crystal.
This crystal is bringing you relaxation,
Helping you to feel loved,
And helping you to know that you matter,
That you are allowed to be yourself.
And it's time for you to fully embrace who you are,
To embrace all of you.
Just feel the loving energy of this crystal flow through your body.
And maybe it's also giving you positive thoughts about yourself,
About situations in your life or in the world.
Just filling you with light,
Healing energy,
With love,
Everything that you need,
Everything that you need to move forward into the new year.
And keep breathing deeply and slowly,
And enjoy this healing energy from the crystal.

Feel your feet on the ground of the forest.
Feel a soft breeze blowing through your hair.
And feel the powerful healing energy of the crystal in your hands,
Your crystal.
And when you look at the crystal,
You see that a word appears on the crystal,
A beautiful,
Positive word for the new year.
And this is your word that you are going to carry with you,
Your intention or a feeling you'd like to experience.
And if you don't see it,
Maybe you feel it inside of you.
Maybe you hear it.
There are no rules.
And if you don't know it or you don't see,
Hear or feel it,
Don't judge yourself.
Trust that it will come at a later moment.
If you do know your word,
Just try to see if you can feel the energy of the word.
What does it mean to you?
How would it feel to experience that?
Keep breathing deeply and slowly.
Feel the calm energy of the forest around you.
Feeling that earthy scent of the forest.
Feeling the sunshine on your skin.
And I'd like you to check in with yourself for a moment.
How are you feeling?
Do you notice a difference with when you started to listen to this meditation?
Are you feeling lighter,
Calmer,
More relaxed?
Anything else?
Just become aware of this without judgment,
Without expectations,
Without thinking how it should be.
And then you slowly start walking again.
And you can take your crystal with you.
Your crystal with your word for the new year.
And as you walk,
You feel the soft ground beneath your feet.
You smell that earthy scent of the forest.
You feel the calming energy of the trees surrounding you.
You feel the sunshine on your face.
Just enjoy this magical forest a little longer.
Staying this calm moment for yourself a little longer.
Walking very slowly.
Breathing deeply and slowly.
And then it's time to slowly come back to the here and now.
To the place where you're lying or sitting,
Listening to my voice.
And slowly you start moving a little with your hands,
Your feet.
Slowly stretching your whole body.
And when you feel ready,
