Waterfall meditation.
Sit or lie down and close your eyes.
Make sure that you're comfortable.
And feel if you're sitting or lying comfortably enough.
Maybe you'd like to change your position a little so you can relax even more.
Then you start by focusing on your breathing.
Just observe how your breath is in this moment.
If you notice that it's still a little high or rushed,
You can place a hand on your belly to help your breathing get deeper and slower.
Just breathe deeply and slowly.
Allowing your body to relax more and more.
Now imagine that you are in a beautiful jungle.
You see the most fantastic trees and plants and the flowers,
They're even more beautiful.
There are so many different colors.
Slowly you walk through the jungle,
Enjoying everything around you.
Looking like this and looking at all the beauty,
You feel how you relax more and more.
But with every step you take,
You feel more grounded and more and more relaxed.
After a while,
You arrive at a small lake with a waterfall.
The water is so clear and the waterfall is so beautiful.
You'd love to go in the water and it's as if the water is inviting you to enter.
You take off your clothes and go into the water.
How wonderful this water feels around your body.
It's a lovely temperature and you relax by feeling that wonderful warm water around you.
Your body is now completely relaxed.
You take a deep breath in and you relax even more.
And then you go to the waterfall.
You stand under it and you feel the water flow over you.
And you feel that the water is clearing and cleansing your energy.
This healing water washes away your fears.
It's time to let go of your fears,
Because they're not serving you,
They're only holding you back.
The water also washes away any blockages that are holding you back from being in your power,
From being who you truly are.
With your eyes closed you are standing under the waterfall and you feel that more and more is being washed away by this healing water.
You feel lighter and lighter because burdens and sorrows are being washed away.
And the more that's washed away by this healing water,
The lighter you feel.
And because so much is being washed away,
You feel happy.
You feel how the feeling of happiness fills you more and more.
You smile and you start laughing because you feel so happy.
And you laugh harder and harder and soon you are laughing out loud under the waterfall.
Washing and smiling,
You step out from under the waterfall and you lie in the water to relax even more.
And to enjoy your light and happy feeling.
And this water that you're enjoying has so many healing properties.
You have experienced it under the waterfall,
But this water has more powers.
Stay in the water like this for a while and enjoy the healing of the water.
Be open to receiving this healing.
This water will recharge you.
Your energy will be replenished.
And when you go out of this water you'll feel refreshed and fully recharge.
And for now allow the magic to happen.
Allow your energy to be recharged by this magical healing water.
And this water is not only replenishing your energy,
But also your sense of self-love.
The feeling of kindness to yourself and others.
Your sense of gratitude and appreciation.
And the sense of joy and happiness within yourself.
All the things that have just been washed away by the water have been transformed into positive energy and have given more power to this water.
You can hardly imagine how powerful this water is.
Enjoy it and let it recharge you.
Let this water strengthen your energy.
And also know that you can always come back to this magical water.
To stand under the waterfall again.
To clear and cleanse your energy.
And to recharge.
And then you calmly step out of the water again.
Then you look at the beautiful waterfall.
And you notice how relaxed,
Light and happy you feel.
You put your clothes on again and you walk through the jungle.
Slowly walking and feeling how your feet touch the ground.
Enjoying all the beauty and colors around you.
Slowly and peacefully you walk back to the place where you started this little journey in the jungle.
And then it's time to slowly come back to the here and now.
To the place where you are lying or sitting.
To the place where you are listening to my voice.
Slowly you start moving a little with your hands and your feet.
And you become fully aware of your body again.
Move your arms and legs a little and maybe you'd like to stretch.
And then when you're ready you can open your eyes.
