The sun is shining and you feel a soft breeze gently blowing through your hair you feel the sunshine on your face and you smell that lovely scent of the flowers and as you walk there you feel your feet touch the ground with every step you take helping you to feel more and more grounded and more and more relaxed and as you walk there you notice that you're feeling calmer and calmer inside this place is so magical there's such a calming energy and you feel that this energy affects how you are feeling helping you to feel calmer to feel more relaxed and you notice that even your mind starts to really calm down and keep walking slowly and peacefully feeling your feet touch the ground you have nowhere to go so there's no need to hurry and then you notice a little further there's a beautiful tree and you decide to walk towards the tree still walking slowly and peacefully feeling your feet touch the ground smelling the flowers and feeling the sunshine on your face enjoying the moment enjoying the calm energy of this place and then you arrive at the tree and you touch the tree and as soon as you touch the tree you feel a tingling sensation going through your body there's a magical energy coming from this tree and this is a very special tree it's here to help you,
To support you in letting go to support you in the healing that you are about to receive you sit down against the tree or maybe you prefer to stand with your back against the tree so you sit or stand with your back against the tree feeling how your body touches the earth and feeling your back against the tree and from the earth and from the tree there's such a grounding energy that it helps you to feel even more grounded and also more here in this moment,

Maybe to events or maybe to places it can be anything and these connections through these cords are not based on love and that's why it's draining your energy and it's now time to release them and it's up to you how you are going to do this maybe you imagine magical scissors or a magical energetic sword or a knife whatever it is that comes to your mind first just go ahead and use it and you can always switch tools or techniques but don't doubt yourself,
