Sit or lie down and close your eyes.
Make sure that you're comfortable.
Then you go with your attention to your breathing.
Feel how the air flows in and out of your body.
If you notice that you're breathing a little quickly or high in your chest,
You can place a hand or both hands on your belly.
Slowly,
To help you slow down your breathing and to breathe deeper into your belly.
Breathe deeply and slowly.
And feel how your body relaxes more and more.
And then you imagine that you're walking in the forest.
You feel the soft earth beneath your feet.
And you feel the energy of the trees surrounding you.
Feel the calm energy of this place.
Feel the magical energy around you.
Then you come at an open space in the forest.
You feel the sunshine on your face and you close your eyes.
You feel a gentle breeze blowing through your hair.
And you smell the wonderful scent of the forest.
Then you imagine roots growing into the earth from your feet.
Deeper and deeper into the earth.
Breathe deeply and slowly.
And feel how you are more and more connected to the earth.
And then you imagine your frustration flowing into the earth through these roots.
You can see it as a color,
Or as energy,
Or maybe you don't see it at all.
It's all okay.
Your frustration flows into the earth through these roots.
And in the earth it's being transformed into pure positive energy.
So don't hold back and let the frustration flow out of your body.
Know that this makes your body happy to let this maybe really old frustration flow away.
Or new frustration.
It creates space in your body to allow positive and healing energy to flow better.
Breathe deeply and slowly as the frustration flows into the earth through your roots.
Your energy feels lighter and lighter.
And maybe you feel lighter and lighter.
And then it's time to slowly come back to the here and now.
Start to move a little with your hands at your feet.
And when you feel ready,
You can open your eyes.
