What is your being drawn to in this moment?

Where is it?

Are your eyes open or your eyes closed?

Are your palms open and wide up?

Like up?

Are they holding something,

Touching something?

Where is your tongue?

Where is your tongue in your mouth?

Find a place uniquely for you.

Not a spiritual story.

There are some truths.

There are some truths that an erect spine has a better flow of force.

We don't care about that.

We care about where you are called in this moment.

And it invites you to come in and listen.

Listen to your spine.

Listen to your shoulder blades.

And you don't have to know where delicious is.

You can just listen for it.

It can provide itself.

Listen to that breath coming into the body.

Listen.

Follow where you are drawn towards in the sensations of your body,

In the sensations of this moment.

Find your pelvis.

Meet your pelvis with your awareness.

That's your sit bone,

Your tailbone,

Your hip socket,

Your pubic bone,

The whole girdle,

This incredible architecture supporting,

Needed.

This is that invitation to come below the mind,

Come into the body.

And it's not as a posture,

Not as a,

What does Johnny call it,

A preparation for something.

But as alive right now,

Where are you drawn?

What is here?

Find your legs,

Find your femur bone,

Six-eyed bone.

Find your knees,

And the tibia,

The little bones in the shin.

Walt Whitman says,

This is the soul.

This is the soul.

Your bones,

Your breath,

Your flesh.

How could it not be so?

How could that not be so?

Find your feet.

All the beautiful rib cage of your foot.

I always get this on,

Intercostal or metatarsal.

It's metatarsal.

These incredible delicate bones.

Again,

Amazing architecture.

Again,

Must be the soul of a,

We must live there.

All of this is this invitation to bring your awareness into your body,

Into this moment.

To come down below the thoughts.

Letting the awareness get sensitized.

Activated.

It doesn't mean there's not thoughts.

Of course there's thoughts.

Thoughts are fine.

You're just not captivated because it's more captivating to feel the bones of your feet.

To feel the architecture of your pelvis and legs.

To savor the breath.

Can you feel your own pulse in your throat,

In your palm,

In your wrist?

As we activate and sensitize our awareness,

We always do it through the body.

Always inclusive.

We so often leave our bodies.

We so often leave ourselves.

And coming into God,

Coming into life is so juicy.

It's a great escape hatch.

But true reality is so inclusive.

So we take the time together to practice inhabiting this moment.

Inhabit your mouth.

Feel your jaw,

Your lips,

Your tongue,

Your saliva.

Feel the inclination of where it feels good for you.

Not with the mind,

Because that's effort.

It's with awareness.

Feeling much more effortless,

As effortless as hearing my voice.

Where is effortless for you?

Where is that effortless place?

And if you don't know,

You can let life show you.

Feel the air on your skin.

Feel the clothing touching your skin.

Maybe your hair on your skin,

The back of your head,

Your neck.

Let the awareness receive all the sensation in this moment.

Feel your body being supported in space by the furniture.

We can note it with the mind.

We can go deeper and actually receive the sensation from awareness.

It's like a reception.

It's like you don't actually note my voice.

You receive my voice.

My voice comes into you.

You don't go out to my voice,

Right?

It comes in.

It penetrates.

Life is coming in.

It's penetrating us.

The sensation comes in.

To receive life,

To receive the sensation.

To receive all the sound,

Not just my voice.

The sound at the obvious level and the sound at the subtle level.

It's such a receptive movement to hear,

To let the sound come in.

The great grace of it all is that it's not in your control.

Not the breath,

Not the bones,

Not the air on your skin,

Not the sounds.

It's such a grace that you're not in charge of any of this.

It's from there that you can rest.

That's where that being is.

It's not without brightness.

It's not without aliveness.

But it's with effortlessness.

It's not sleepy.

It's not hazy.

It's not disconnected.

It's an effortless ease.

Carried in it is that receptivity.

You can receive life and rest there in the reception,

In the receiving.

It's an unraveling.

It's an unpacking of the doer,

Of the controller.

Find that.

Find that place.

Awareness is capable of just receiving this moment,

Drinking it in from a place of ease.

And that's your grace.

That will always be your grace.

That you will never have to leave this moment.

This moment will be full of sensation and will always be ease to receive it.

And just like us here,

We can connect to each other in ease in the same way that we can feel the air on our skin.

Awareness is capable of feeling the air on our skin and the sound and the sensation of furniture up under your butt.

Awareness doesn't go into effort to do that.

Check.

Check me here.

Look directly.

Your being can receive all of it without any effort.

And then right here,

Right here in this moment included is this quiet field,

This deeper dimension.

It's not hidden.

It's not secret.

It's palpable.

It's actual.

And awareness can receive that effortlessly.

There's no controller.

There's no you that goes to find it.

There's no controller or you that blocks it either.

Let it show itself to you.

And as it comes in,

As it shows itself to you,

It will be inclusive.

Inclusive of the air in your skin,

Inclusive of the breath in your body,

Inclusive of the sound.

It's not an exclusive thing.

It's simple.

It's right here.

And it's on this air that you relax and cig fish.

I like to say,

Give yourself to it.

That's not go find it.

That's not control it.

That's not hold on to it.

That's not recall it from another moment.

That's an internal willingness.

I feel like I wander in.

And as you move in,

It untangles you.

It unravels me.

Like the silence just takes my words,

Takes my voice.

At a certain point for me,

It takes my name and my history.

You know,

Like I can't hold myself there.

And it's such a beautiful unwinding of me.

That just naturally occurs in being in the silence.

Letting the awareness meet the stillness.

Letting it come.

And however it comes in this moment.

Letting it be so unique right now.

Like the first time you could ever really rest here.

The first time just sensing it.

Don't let a thought lead you away.

Don't let a sensation.

Don't let a habitual trance take you.

Just right now.

Right now.

What's here?

Brand new.

Let this awareness be really fresh.

Meeting this deeper dimension of this moment fresh right now.

Let the meeting happen.

The total surrender of control or like habitual.

Kindness began to Simply sitting with you.

And we might,

We can have a pain body or a thought stream or an emotion stream that wants to paddle on the surface to keep us from that meeting.

Some type of habitual sort of trance out so that we don't come face to face,

Awareness to silence.

That will obliterate us,

That will obliterate you.

Deliciously so though.

Safe,

It's safe to just meet.

The aliveness of silence in this moment.

Wander in and be undone.

As we always discover here,

There's so much more in the silence than in the form.

So much to discover,

There's so much there.

Let awareness follow it in.

Engineers on the table.

You you you Don't stop somewhere Don't stop in the eddy.

We've talked about this before like a waiting room with silence like we get a taste We get a get a feel we're in it.

We're maybe saturated and then we stop keep going Keep wandering in there's so much there There's so much resource for you you Don't find like a little place and then just hide out go wander it keep going in you you you It's super delicious in there as you wander into that silence giving yourself giving yourself to life in this deep dimension of pure resource just needing it you you you check and see are you hiding out is there a part of you that you're not giving into life just for this moment just for right now risk it you you you you you you you you you it's so safe to be undone by life you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you in your own time yourself come back into the sensations of your body take your time we don't lose source we don't lose awareness we don't lose silence as we re inhabit body feeling your breath feeling the saliva in your mouth that too is the soul that too is silence that too is life just squeeze your toes and roll your ankles and roll your shoulder blades back inhabit take up space you
