Welcome,

My name is Kinga,

And in the next 20 minutes,

I will be your guide in helping you visualize your future self,

Living and working as a digital nomad.

This meditation is not meant to tell you how to become one.

This is a tool to help you visualize yourself already living like a digital nomad in such a realistic way that it will generate powerful,

Positive emotions in you.

Combining the power of your thoughts with the genuine feelings of gratitude and appreciation should bring your desired lifestyle to your reality in a relatively short time.

I recommend you do this meditation at least once a day and with headphones on.

Find a quiet corner and make sure no one is going to disturb you.

Sit up straight,

Make sure that it feels comfortable and that you can keep your head and neck aligned with your spine throughout the meditation and not fall asleep.

No need to close your eyes just yet,

Let me guide you through a quick exercise to activate your mind for a more creative visualization process.

Give your neck and shoulder area a quick rub to release tension and get a better blood circulation.

Good.

Now gently start tapping on your scalp with your fingertips.

Do it all over your head where the hair grows.

End the tapping by focusing on the crown area.

Do you feel a nice tingle and energy flow all over your head,

Neck and shoulder area?

Now close your eyes.

We're going to focus on your breathing.

Take a deep breath,

Hold it in and exhale.

Listen to the sound of your breathing.

In and out.

In and out.

Allow your breathing awareness to deepen your relaxation.

In and out.

You are already feeling more relaxed.

Whatever noise you hear around you or outside during the meditation,

It doesn't bother you.

In fact,

It helps you relax even more.

Now we're going to focus on visualizing your ideal living conditions as a digital nomad.

Imagine yourself in the near future,

Looking healthy,

Happy and satisfied with your living conditions.

It's ok if you don't see everything clearly just yet.

It will all come to you.

Try to place your future self in an environment that you most desire to be in.

Are you staying in your home country or prefer to move somewhere else?

Maybe you want to be on the move and traveling all the time.

Do you want to stay one month here,

One month there or would you prefer longer stays like 3-6 months to a year?

What would be your dream scenario?

Create it.

Imagine it.

See yourself already living it.

You are the creator of this inner movie that we are watching.

I'm only here to guide you through it.

Have the intention to see,

Feel and even smell things during this visualization.

Let your imagination work for you.

The more you practice,

The easier it becomes.

Can you already feel the freedom and flexibility to travel and work from anywhere?

How would that make you feel?

What would freedom smell like?

What are the top 3 countries you would definitely want to visit and maybe stay in?

Top 3 countries.

I give you some time to make your mental list.

Have an image of your favorite countries,

Your favorite places.

Feel their energy.

Imagine what the weather would feel like living and working there.

How does the local temperature,

The sun feel on your skin?

What does the air smell like?

What sensations do you experience in your body?

Do you see yourself working from home,

Hostels,

Airbnbs,

Hotels,

Co-working spaces,

Coffee shops or quiet libraries?

Maybe from a camper van or an RV?

Maybe all of these options,

Right?

Give each of them a try if you cannot decide.

Test which one feels better.

Which one makes you feel more like home and which one helps you stay more focused and be more productive?

Test them all.

Find your ideal location for your digital nomad lifestyle.

What would be your ideal living and working conditions?

Let your imagination fly.

Pick your next destination,

The most desired location and see yourself already being there.

Notice what the air smells like.

What does the temperature feel like on your skin?

What do you see around you?

Who are you with?

Now imagine your workstation.

What are your main tools?

A laptop?

A smartphone?

An iPad?

A camera?

What gear do you use?

Pick whatever you want.

Your favorite items from your favorite brand.

In this movie,

You can afford them all.

Create your workspace with the feeling of being an abundant person.

A true manifester.

You can have it all.

You are worthy to have it all.

Not just here,

But also in your physical reality.

Do you see yourself working alone or do you have people around you?

Do you see any pets?

Is it quiet around here or loud?

Are you indoor or out in nature?

At the beach or where are you?

Place yourself wherever you want to be.

What does the air smell like?

What does the temperature feel like on your skin?

What does your desk or workstation feel like when you place your hand on it?

How does it feel to your skin?

Can you feel the freedom and flexibility to travel and work from anywhere?

How does it make you feel?

Does it give you any anxiety?

There's no need.

You can have it all and you can have it amazing.

You can live your dreams because you are worthy to live the life you desire.

Feel it in your heart.

So what is your next destination?

Just see yourself at your favorite location.

Maybe walking barefoot on a warm sandy beach or surfing or stand up pedaling.

Where are you?

What do you see around you?

Who are you with?

What does the air smell like?

What does freedom smell like?

What is the temperature right now?

How does it feel on your skin?

How does freedom feel?

What will you have for lunch?

See that tasty,

Delicious and healthy food you will pick.

See the people.

All the new happy little faces you get to meet.

The new friends you make.

How do you feel right now?

Enjoy your freedom.

Your location independence.

The flexible schedule this new lifestyle comes with.

You never have to worry about finding work anymore because work finds you.

Enjoy that you can create your own workspace and atmosphere.

No more stressful toxic office environment.

You can choose silence and you can choose your favorite music to play.

You can have your favorite view to your favorite spot.

And you can take a break whenever you want to.

How does freedom make you feel in your stomach?

What does it feel like in your chest?

Your heart area?

Fine.

What does a working day look like in this new reality?

What time do you want to get up?

See yourself waking up at that exact time,

Without an alarm,

Feeling rested.

What is the first thing you do?

Coffee,

Breakfast,

Bathroom,

Exercising,

Meditation.

What is your morning routine?

What time are you done with all these and get to work?

How many hours do you want to work in a day?

See yourself at your workstation,

Smiling,

Solving problems,

Completing tasks in a smooth and easy manner.

It all flows naturally.

No stress.

Look how easy you're going through your day,

How smooth and easy your work feels like and how swiftly time goes by.

You are in your flow.

You love what you do.

You actually do love your work and this new lifestyle.

You feel so competent and efficient.

You are fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus.

You are enjoying every minute of your day,

Not just your free time,

But also the time you spend with work.

What do you do after work?

Where do you go?

Who do you meet?

What activity do you choose to do to close your day?

And with who?

See yourself,

After work,

Enjoying the rest of the day.

This is a dream life and this is also your reality.

See yourself enjoying it.

Feel it,

Sense it in your body.

Feel happiness and gratitude in your heart.

Now that you have visualized your future self,

Take a mental picture of it.

Your future self enjoying this lifestyle with a big smile on your face.

Visualize this image in a beautiful shiny golden frame and imagine bringing this framed image close to your heart because this is where you will store it.

Feel free to touch your heart area now with your physical hand or just a finger to activate your heart chakra because wherever your attention goes is where your energy flows.

Feel your heart being filled with love,

Light,

Joy,

Gratitude and appreciation.

Stay in this high vibrational positive feeling and bring your awareness back to your body here and now while you maintain the same elevated emotions in you.

Notice that you're filled with overwhelming gratitude.

Feel it in your heart area and feel it expanding to your whole being,

Filling up your body and expanding beyond your physical being.

Appreciate this loving energy in and around you.

Appreciate your new life,

Your new self and this new reality.

Now open your eyes,
