Hi,

This is Kinga,

And this is your audio hug for the nights when sleep won't come.

When your body longs to rest,

But your mind is still wide awake.

Maybe you've tried everything,

Closing your eyes,

Changing positions,

Deep breathing,

And still,

Something inside you just won't settle.

You are not alone.

So many of us carry our hardest feelings into the night.

The things we didn't have time to feel during the day.

The thoughts we pushed aside so we could keep going.

At night,

It all comes forward.

The worries,

The what-ifs,

The regrets,

The loneliness,

And it's ok.

It doesn't mean something's wrong with you,

It just means your nervous system is still on guard,

Still trying to protect you,

Even from the quiet.

So,

Instead of trying to fight the wakefulness,

Let's soften into it.

Let's make a little space for what's here.

You don't need to fix anything,

You don't have to figure anything out.

Just be here,

With your breath,

With this gentle voice.

With the invitation to let everything be just as it is,

For now.

Feel your body being held by the surface beneath you.

Notice the pull of gravity,

A quiet reminder that you don't have to hold it all.

Let yourself sink just a little deeper.

Into the bed,

Into this moment,

Into your own enoughness.

Even if thoughts are still swirling,

You don't have to chase them.

You don't have to wrestle your way into stillness.

There's another way.

Let yourself be with what's true,

Right now.

You are awake,

And that's ok.

Awake doesn't mean broken,

It doesn't mean behind,

It just means that your system is still processing.

And you,

Even now,

Are still worthy of rest.

Still allowed to soften,

Still whole.

Maybe tonight isn't about perfect sleep.

Maybe it's about being gentle with yourself,

In the in-between.

Let this be the night where you don't try to force anything.

Let this be the night where you stop negotiating with your thoughts.

And let this be the night where you meet yourself,

Not with frustration,

But with kindness.

You are doing enough.

You are enough.

Even if you don't sleep for hours,

Even if you lie awake in the dark,

This moment can still be healing.

This stillness can still be nourishing.

You are not behind,

You are not failing.

You're just here,

Being human in a tender moment,

And that is more than ok.

This was your audio hug for the nights you can't fall asleep.

Come back anytime.
