Meditation Timer OnlineEvelien is a cognitive scientist and PhD student in communication and psychology, with over 8 years of yoga practice. After completing her training in traditional vinyasa yoga in India, she combined her academic expertise with her passion for mindfulness to create Kindred Studio in Amsterdam. On Insight Timer, Evelien leads thematic New Moon and Full Moon sessions, blending pranayama (breathing exercises) and guided meditation to help you align with the moon's natural rhythms and restore balance. In addition to these sessions, Evelien hosts regular sharing circles at Kindred Studio—both online and in-person—where you can connect with others, reflect, and explore personal growth in a supportive and inclusive community. These circles create a space for honest dialogue and deep self-reflection, helping you grow and connect with like minded people. She also offers stretch and meditate sessions to help you unwind during a busy workday, combining gentle movement and mindfulness for physical and mental relaxation. Evelien’s practice focuses on mindfulness, well-being, and self-discovery. Through her sessions, you’ll find space for reflection, balance, and personal growth.
