Hello and welcome. I invite you to get really comfortable in your space, Either sitting up or lying down, Whichever you choose. Bringing your attention to the space above your head. Feel the pure love and light within this space. Visualize this love and light illuminating the crown of your head. Welcome this love and light into the crown of your head. Receive its healing frequencies throughout the full length of your body, All the way to the bottom of your feet. Breathe this love and light throughout your body. Feel your whole body being rejuvenated with new life and vitality. Breathe this love and light throughout every pathway of your heart. Feel your whole heart being rejuvenated with new life and vitality. Breathe this love and light throughout every circuit of your mind. Feel your whole mind being rejuvenated with new life and vitality. Breathe this love and light throughout your spirit. Feel your whole spirit being rejuvenated with new life and vitality. May you have the confidence to be seen and heard as your authentic self. May you have the strength to disconnect from fear-based consciousness and create a life you love.
