This season begins with the winter solstice,
A time of year when the amount of daylight is at its shortest and the amount of darkness is at its longest.
It's here in the darkness that nature invites you to slow down and to take a generous pause,
A pause to relax your body,
Ease your mind and renew your spirit.
I invite you now to bring your attention to your breath.

The winter season is an opportunity to journey deeper into solitude,
To uncover new layers of wisdom,
To receive intuitive insights contained within the silence of being.
It's here in solitude that the surrounding noise begins to settle.
It's here in solitude where you come to understand and claim your wholeness.
It's here in solitude where your inner guidance is heard with more clarity.
