Healing Your Heart Chakra & Bringing Back Your Shine

The heart is a place of love & forgiveness - many of us give freely, and many of us forgive easily - BUT while doing so in order to protect ourselves from being hurt again - we guard ourselves by not expecting. This eventually can block our receiving - receiving not only from people but from the Universe as well.
In this meditative healing, you are led into clearing the heart space of past baggage that no longer serves you & led back into your radiance. Listen once at a time & then repeat once a month

All right, Then you can close your eyes. And I set the intention that with your consciousness, Your higher self and the energies above, May we heal your heart chakra, Your heart space of all the hurt, All the pain, All the residual energy that's been piling up for years after years. I set the intention that any other memories stored in your cellular level, Bloodstream, Body, Energy, Mind, Emotions, May gently be given permission to just release, To dissipate so that from this moment onwards, You can fully step into your light, Your spark, Your radiance. This or something better only. So with that intention, Take a slow deep breath in now. And as you exhale, Allow your body to completely relax. Let your legs begin to slowly lose that sensation, That awareness that you begin to feel so light, Like you're sitting on air. Take a gentle breath in again. And as you exhale, Gently move your neck from left to right, Releasing any tightness, Any restraint that's held in these areas. Take a gentle inhale again. And as you exhale, Relax the muscles on your forehead, Your cheeks, Your chin. I'm now going to count you back from 10 to one. And as I count you backwards, I'd like you to imagine that you're walking down a flight of stairs, 10, Nine, Eight, Deeper and deeper, Seven, Six, Five, Deeper and deeper, Four, Three, Two, And one. I'd like you to imagine that you're walking into this very beautiful safe world, Like the place that people would store their diamonds, The jewelry, The very important documents. And this safety vault is really massive, Like six feet tall, Massive diameter, Great security. So as you keep walking through the layers of security, You enter the space where you have to tap in by putting in your fingerprints. You put in your thumb and the final door opens. And as you begin to open the safety vault, By probably moving it around, Putting some combination of numbers, It finally opens. As you enter the safety vault, You notice that there's this tunnel inside of it. You begin to walk in that tunnel and on each side of the tunnel, There are small boxes in the vault. I'd like you to walk around until you find the vault of your heart space. The minute you find it, You try to put in the key, You try to put in the combination of numbers and it may, May not open at first. And now I want you to type out these words, Love, Worthiness, Forgiveness. And as you type it out, The heart space locker swings open. It's such a magical locker that it opens up into a room. You walk inside the room and you begin to look all around you in your heart space. There are pictures like screenshots that depict memories of information stored here. I'd like you to take a scan of the entire room. What are these screenshots in your heart space of very core memories? The good, The painful, The joyful, The ones that have been suppressed, That we've not even gone there. Take a look at all of them. And then you notice in your hand, You have a little purse, A nice big oversized bag, And begin to pull out those screenshots of memories that you're done with. The times that people have hurt you, They've insulted you. They've said nasty things in their awareness or their unawareness. The times that people have not stood by you when you really needed them. The times that you have not taken care of yourself and honored yourself. Just begin to pull out those screenshots of memories, Storing that information and throw it into that bag. You notice as you start doing that, The light in the room gets brighter. It radiates brighter with every memory that you pick up. Keep walking around the room. Go back to the time when you were in the age group of zero to 10 and look at any such memories, Memories of siblings, Teachers, Parents, Neighbors, Relatives, Random strangers, Whatever is occupying space in your heart that has no longer space here. Pluck it out, Put it in the bag. Go into the age group from 11 to 20, Very formative years. And once again, Just scan through any of those memories that your mind is showing you right now. Times where you were not celebrated maybe. Times where your successes were like, Okay, No big deal. Or times where friends, Classmates, Anything that has hurt you and is occupying space in your heart, Pluck them and put them in the bag. Go ahead to the age of 20 to 30. The age when we figure out or try to figure out who we really are. What's our personality type? What's our work style? What's our dressing style? And begin to pull out all those memories that no longer serve you, Your path or your light at this moment. Even if you're unsure, Just set the intention that whatever is not matching my vibe, My intention now, Pull everything out and dump it in the bag. Go into the age from 30 to 40. And without even looking now at any of these memories, Make that announcement. Anything that does not match my light, My radiance, My intention and purpose right now, Fall in the bag. And notice how everything just begins to fall magically into that bag. Go into the age of 40 to 50, 40 onwards. And whatever is there that does not match a high vibration or feeling of expansion of joy, Of happiness, Of peace, Let it all fall. And you keep walking through the room and you find this big bowl. You dump the bag there and as you dump it, It sets on fire. Going back to ashes, Going back to the earth, Releasing your memory, Your energy, Your heart space of all the baggage from the past. Take a deep breath in now. And as you do that, You notice that you have a small little wall beside you, Like a jewelry box. You open that and you begin to pull out the most treasured moments of your life. You choose these treasured moments and begin to put that up in your heart space. It can be the simplest one where somebody gives you a compliment or the simplest one where your child must have enjoyed your time or your breakfast or even a cup of tea or the simplest one where you just sit by the beach and feel you feel that connection back to yourself. So open the jewelry box of prized memories, Memories of connection, Memories of love, Memories of companionship, Of friendship, Of laughter, Of madness, And put that up in your heart space. And as you do so, You now notice there's this very beautiful white chair like the big back with some beautiful intricate work, The soft upholstery. Go ahead and sit on that chair. And as you sit there, You begin to write out on this beautiful white clean clear paper with golden ink what you will desire to put in your heart space. So let me lead you into it. My intention is that my heart is filled with connection to myself. And as I stay connected to myself, I am connected to people that are connected to themselves and can find and share themselves, Their lives, Their joy with me. My intention is that I can acknowledge my growth, My sacrifice, My coming onto the other side every single day and notice that all of this is possible because I step into my power every day, The power of simply being me. My intention is that I lead from my heart space while it is connected to my gut and the energy above so that every thought I have, Every action I do, Every feeling I feel runs through the filter of the heart, The gut and the higher consciousness so that I can live from this moment onwards in the highest, Happiest, Most peaceful and abundant version of myself. You take this paper, This big scroll and pin it up in the room that this is the sole agenda of your heart. And as you do that, You notice that a door ahead begins to open up. It just flings open and from the other side, There's this beautiful golden light that starts coming in, The door of receiving. That golden light comes in and envelopes you as if it was wrapping you around a golden sheet of millions of threads woven into this beautiful silk, Protecting your heart, Shielding you from any hurt and yet opening your heart to receive, To receive in magnitudes of abundance, Friendships, Opportunities. Take a deep breath in now. And as you exhale, I want you to set one intention that my intention today is from this moment onwards to be aligned to abundance, To connection and to people that vibrate in this energy or higher, All for my highest and best only. Imagine finally that you see in your room, This beautiful bowl of pink glitter. And I'd like you to bring to mind all the people that showed up in your mind as memories that caused you pain and hurt. Just like in a wedding where we would throw confetti, Go ahead and dust the pink glitter, The pink confetti on them, Sharing the light of forgiveness. And as you bring them to mind and throw that glitter onto them, Repeat in your mind or allow, I release you from my energy. I send you peace, Love and joy. You may now leave my energy in all forms. You go to the next person, Throw again the confetti and the beautiful light of forgiveness and repeat in your mind or allowed. I release you from my energy at all levels. I wish you peace, Love and joy. Go to the next person, Throw the confetti of forgiveness onto them. I release you from all levels of my energy. I wish you peace, Love and joy. And now just think of everybody that we might have missed off and say anyone from my past, Present or future, Throw the entire basket of confetti on them, The light of forgiveness and say, I release the pain, The hurt, The contracts with all of you. And I send you peace, Love and joy. And as you do that, You notice that that beautiful golden sheet is no longer wrapped around you, But is now embedded in your skin. Your skin is glowing in that golden light because as you release that forgiveness to them, Nothing about them holds within you. And you begin to shine your pure light, Your pure spark, Your radiance. Take a deep breath in now. And as you exhale, Begin to walk back that tunnel back into the corridor, Back through the safety vault. And you notice how the tunnel is lit up differently. The safety vault looks brighter just because you're walking with this golden light radiating from within you. And bring your attention back to your room, Your sofa, Your bed, Your chair, Wherever you're sitting. And just for a moment, Take a look at yourself, The radiance from within this moment where your soul is back in the lead of place, Leading your life, Changing it for whatever it's meant for your best. Take a deep breath in now. And as you exhale, You can slowly and gently open your eyes.
