Deep breath in now.
And I said the intention that with your consciousness,
Your higher self,
The support,
Love and healing from above,
That we completely cleanse,
Clear and heal the energy that is stored in your sacral chakra,
In your womb area,
And very gently,
Calmly,
Softly release it and replace that space with the creative,
Feminine,
Balanced energy.
So with that intention,
Take a slow,
Deep breath in now.
And as you exhale,
Allow your body to physically calm down and relax.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in again.
And as you exhale,
Drop your shoulders as low as possible,
Signaling your body to further relax and let go.
Take a slow,
Gentle breath in again.
And as you exhale,
Gently relax the muscles on your forehead,
Your cheeks,
Your chin.
I will now count you back from 10 to 1.
And as I count you backwards,
I'd like you to imagine that you're walking down a flight of stairs,

Deeper and deeper,

Deeper and deeper,

And 1.
I'd like you to now imagine that you're walking in this tunnel.
What kind of tunnel do you see?
Is it lit up?
Is it dark?
Does it have a moist smell?
Or does it smell really nice and clean?
I'm now going to snap my fingers and change it to a tunnel of our choice.
I'd like you to now see this tunnel completely lit up.
Beautiful white light,
Clarity everywhere.
And as you kept walking down the tunnel,
You suddenly realize that this was the passageway to your sacral chakra.
The tunnel leads into this little garden,
Signifying the garden of your creation,
Your womb.
And in this womb,
In this garden,
You notice that there are some plants that are watered,
That are watered,
That are nurtured.
And there are some that are completely dried off.
There are some leaves,
Dried leaves,
Just fallen all around the garden.
There's some space in the garden that is not watered,
Looks a little dried up.
I'd like you to take a little broom and gently begin picking up all those dried leaves,
All those little branches,
All those dead flowers,
Any sort of thing that does not match the vibe of this garden.
Just begin to sweep it off to the side,
Pick it up in a pan and throw it into the bin.
Go around looking at all the different spaces,
All the different nooks,
All the different corners in this garden,
Once again,
Cleaning up anything.
And in certain spots,
You notice there are some bags of probably still food or something there that has maybe some ants,
Maybe some flies,
Just hovering around it.
Take a vacuum and just pick up the bags and throw it in the bin.
Whatever was inside,
We don't care.
We're just going to discard it.
Take another nice look around the garden,
This time wearing a very special set of goggles,
Of glasses,
That gives you a zoom vision on everything in that garden of your life.
If you notice any part within the soil that looks unclean,
Dirty,
Infested,
Take a little stick,
Make some holes,
And then take this nice water jet spray and cleanse it out completely.
Go ahead to all the different areas in the garden,
Looking for such eroded memories,
Looking for such suppressed emotions stored in your garden.
Poke it out,
Cleanse it with that jet spray,
And then pick it up with the vacuum,
Keeping that garden absolutely clean.
Now you begin to stand on this little bench that gives you a bird-eye view of the entire garden.
You notice that now that space is completely clean.
No ants,
No flies,
No suppressed memories,
No bags of garbage just dumped in there.
Everything is removed.
And that's when you raise your eyes to the clouds and you just nod as if you're talking to the clouds.
And the cloud just lets loose this massive rain,
Giving that garden of your life,
Your sacral,
Your womb,
A very divine wash,
A very divine cleanse.
It washes down all layers of every memory,
Every suppressed energy,
Every residual energy of things been said,
Things been done,
Things that didn't go your way,
Just a deep divine cleanse.
And as you keep standing on that bench,
You notice that the water cleansing this garden,
You can see the mud,
You can see the grime,
You can see the slime,
Everything just sliding off and going into the drains.
It keeps pouring down and so beautifully,
Not even missing a single spot in that space.
And then it slowly stops.
And this time the sun comes up,
And begins to shine a beautiful golden light on the garden.
It dries up the excess moist.
You notice that small little cute flowers begin to bloom.
The grass begins to stand straight again with that very shiny texture.
You start noticing birds coming by,
Sitting on the trees,
Chirping away happiness.
And now you step down from the bench,
Sit right in the middle of this garden.
The sun still above moves its entire focus on top of your body,
As if there was a light of focus on you.
All that golden light,
Coming from the top of your head,
Trickling down your face,
Your hair,
Your shoulders,
Releasing you of any heaviness,
Any tiredness,
Any imbalance,
Trickling down your entire back,
Your chest,
Your arms,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your toes.
So when you looked at your body right now,
All you could see is this golden,
Beautiful light.
You look at your arms,
You look at your palms,
And it's no longer the light coming from the sun,
But this golden light coming through and through your pores.
Take a deep breath in now.
And as you exhale,
Imagine yourself in this beautiful golden bubble,
Your protection right now,
Covering your body,
And the same bubble expanding and covering the entire garden,
Your womb area.
That from this moment onwards,
That space is not only cleansed and healed,
But is now the breathing space for your ideas,
For your passion,
For your purpose,
For your abundance.
This was something better only.
Take a deep breath in.
And I'd like you to bring to mind one personal intention as if it was a seed that we will plant into that garden today.
I'm going to lead you into one.
My intention is to live a life of abundance in wealth,
In health,
In relationships.
This is something better.
A professional intention.
Once again,
I'll lead you into it.
My intention is to serve the people that need my expertise,
The people that are of the same wavelength or better,
The people that can pay my price or better.
This and something better only.
I'll give you a moment to set an intention,
Personal or professional,
And imagine them as little seeds that you're planting into this beautiful garden of creation.

Allow yourself to come back from that beautiful garden into that tunnel root,

Noticing now that the tunnel is absolutely clean.
The tunnel has this beautiful fragrance and aroma as if you're walking into the most exquisite store.
You could even probably hear this very gentle music that's playing in the background.
And as you come out of the tunnel,
Bring your attention to where you're sitting,
Your bed,
Your sofa,
Your chair,
And bring your palms to your womb,
To your sacral chakra,
Feeling that safe,
Secure brilliance in there,
Remembering that you are in control.
You create your life.
And this moment onwards,
You're not alone.
The entire universe is with you.

And as you exhale,
In slowly and gently,
Open your eyes.
