Grounding Journey With The Sacred African Baobab Tree
The Sacred Baobab tree is known as the "Tree of Life" in many countries on the African continent. Born in Zimbabwe I recently had the chance to visit my birth country after 26 years and was filled with joy when I saw this magickal tree again. The baobab tree is a cornerstone of Zimbabwean culture and brings not only food, water, shelter and medicinal resources, it is deeply connected to African spirituality and folklore. The tree's resilience and longevity make it a beautiful symbol of life and strength for all beings. Today I felt called to guide a grounding journey with this mystical tree. I invite you to get as comfortable as possible, seated or laying down. Gently closing your eyes eyes, ideally covered with an eye pillow or shawl. May you enjoy this journey.
