Cacao Invocation - Honouring The Land Your Cacao Grows On

Hello beautiful soul,

Welcome to this cacao invocation. Cacao is one of the plant Spirits I'm most closely connected with and I received the guidance to record this invocation to honour her origin. Perhaps you know the origin already, if not, please have a look if you can find out. Respecting the land, the elements, the other beings and the humans the guard the cacao allows us to receive Mama Cacao's medicine even deeper.

Prepare yourself by intentionally brewing a cup of ceremonial cacao and creating a comfortable, sacred space for yourself, perhaps with a candle, some incense, whatever you like. Then sit down comfortably, remove any distractions and allow yourself to be surprised as you connect to your Cacao medicine.

After the invocation, please make sure to ground, drink plenty of water, have a light snack and do whatever else nourished you.

Welcome beautiful soul as I take you with me here at my altar. I lit a few candles, Some incense and centered myself and of course I prepared my cup of cacao. If you need to pause and make your space even more special, Even more sacred, Please do so and come back when you're ready. I invite you to hold your cup of cacao in your hand now and to take a couple of breaths with me. Three deep breaths, Allowing the ribs to expand on each in-breath. Okay, Two, Honoring and respecting, Celebrating the land your cacao comes from. If you know your origin perfect, If you don't, That's okay. Simply visualize the map with me a few moments and as you find yourself there, You kneel down to the soil, Bring your hands to the soil, Your third eye and bowing down in reverence, Thank you mother earth, Thank you for gifting these cacao trees at home. You look up to the sky, See the sun peering through the leaves, The cacao trees. Thank you father sun for gifting the trees sufficient life force so they can grow from seeds into beautiful thriving trees and gift us their fruits, Their seeds. Thank you father sun. We give thanks to the water, The water element that allows the trees to grow as well, Bringing the nourishment from the soil, The minerals, Right to the branches, To the pods, Are rich and filled with goodness. We give thanks to the air as well, For it is in the air that the midget flies can fly and pollinates the incredibly beautiful flowers of the cacao tree. Spices, Other plants you may have added to your brew today. Bringing your attention to your heart for a moment, Allowing your heart to whisper which intention, What an intention has come up imagining that it flows right from your heart through your arms, Your hands into every drop of your cup and gently lifting up your cup to the sky.
